Dr. Bossolina and his staff are amazing. I’m pretty terrified of the dentist and they made sure I was comfortable, informed and treated with sincerity. Highly recommend!

I had two teeth worked on this morning. I was anxious about it, but this dental office is great. They fixed my teeth, I had no pain, and clearly they are all very good at their jobs. I give 5 stars.

I really appreciated Dr Bossolina opening to provide “by appointment” services to his customers during the Covid situation. It was important for me to have some work done before May that was originally scheduled in March and he and his staff came through.

I had a really bad experience with the fillings I had this Wednesday. My appointment was at 3:40pm I didn't get called in until around 4:00pm and the dentist didn't come in until 10 minutes after. That wasn't the bad part. The bad part is I didn't really have issues with the 2 tooth that they suggest I get a refill for (#30, 31). I was eating fine, didn't really notice any chipping and I was able to eat food much better than my other side that had crowns on. But I decided to trust their judgment and it was a big mistake. After he drilled the hole and put in the filling, he filled it down and his drill (or whatever tool that dentist use) touched my top tooth on my upper jaw. If you're working on my bottom tooth why is your drill touching my upper tooth? I tried to open my mouth wider so it won't happen again, but it HAPPENED AGAIN! Now I can feel and see an indent on my top tooth. I feel like he did it on purpose so I would come back to and fix the top tooth and get more insurance money out of me. But after going through all of that unnecessary procedure my teeth are not any better, it's super sensitive now and I can't eat anything hard or crunchy. The filling on one tooth even looks lopsided. It looks like he filled down too much on one end. Now it really looks like it's chipped. Trust your gut, don't always go with your dentist recommendations if you feel like you don't need it. I've been going to for a few years now but after this, I'll be looking for a new dentist.

Updates:
The dentist called after he saw the review and explained that the reason why he filled my top tooth was because it's a canine tooth and he filled it down to fit my bite line. But I thought #30 and 31 is a molar, not a canine tooth. If that was the case, I would have been nice if he told me before he did it because I was very worried. He did offer to fix it at no charge. I was waiting to see if the tooth will settle and it has been a week and my bite is still sensitive.

I have been seeing Joe since the beginning of the year to correct several years of dental disregard. This was more or less caused by a series of poor experiences with other dentists. Joe, and his entire staff, are just top notch ... professional, caring, and while I can hear that dreaded drill sound eminating from various rooms I always feel as though I have a personal dental professional that has the time to simply focus on me alone. I highly recommend Joe for too many reasons to list. He and his staff are simply the best in so many ways.

Excellent service this morning. Got a schedule cleaning this morning. Pain free and comfortable experience. Office clean and social distancing design is great. They look out for everyone!

Dr. LoParo and his staff are very professional and courteous. From the receptionist (Caroline) to the hygienists to Dr. LoParo, I received the highest quality service at all times. During treatment I always felt like my needs were put first and never rushed. On my first visit Dr. LoParo provided unscheduled treatment because of the severity of my problem with one tooth. He could have asked me to come back in at a later date, but went out of his way to provide service when it was needed. I've never had any medical or dental office provide this level of unprecedented service. I would recommend Dr. LoParo's dental clinic to anyone.

I’ve been using this dentist office for years. I use to see Dr LoParo, but as he is transition out Dr Bossolina has taken over. Dr Bossolina is very friendly, does a great job with explaining what he is doing, is flexible with treatments and makes dental work a pleasant experience. Very convenient location for uptown patients in the BofA Stadium/Romare Bearden Park area to walk to. There are also designated parking spots in the deck for dental patients if you’re driving. Yesterday's appointment went great as it always does. Stephanie greated me on time and brought me back for my cleaning. She's my favorite dental hygienist always polite, professional and gentle and I make a point to schedule my cleanings with her. Dr. LoParo came in and kindly reminded me of needed crowns and knowing how much I hate them always offers alternative solutions when possible. Location to uptown charlotte and surrounding Morehead and South Blvd is very convenient as is the parking where one gets their parking ticket stamped.

Would highly recommend Dr Bossolina and his team. Polished and very professional. Explains thoroughly exactly what he's doing at each visit. As the patient, its pretty apparent that he's passionate about what he does and has his patient's best interest at heart.
