I had a series of three procedures done with Dr. LoParo. Each time was exactly the same: I arrived on-time and was promptly brought back into a chair, someone came right away to confirm with me the procedure and what would be done, Dr LoParo came in right afterwards and did the job efficiently and as painlessly as possible and I was done. You really can't ask for more.
