My hygienist, Jill, was very thorough and professional. My dental exam was comprehensive and was fully explained by Dr. Bossolina. The reception and billing staff were courteous and efficient.
Follow up visits - four caps and two fillings. Excellent care and concern.

I have recently moved into the area and Center City Dental is my new Dentist. Thank goodness! Everyone from the receptionist to the Dental Hygienist, to the Doctor and his assistant have been great. They identified important problems that my previous dentist missed. Their attentions to detail and state of the art technology is the reason my teeth will be in much better condition!!

I have been going to Dr LoParo for 15 years and he is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had in my entire life ( and I am not young). I had terrible dental trauma as a child and he is very patient with me whenever I need him to stop for a minute and I always ask him to tell me everything he is doing. My teeth are in great shape and he have never once caused me any pain and there is no discomfort the next day.
Most of staff has been there since I have been going to him and they are all very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

However, I opted to continue going to Center City Dental because of their great service. Had 8 fillings recommended by the dentist. I then went to two other dentists for second opinions because it didn’t seem right that I had 8 cavities in less than 6 months, and they both said I only needed 1 filling at most. I inquired to the dentist at Center City Dental, and never received an email from the dentist himself. I ended going to a different dentist. Someone else in the reviews mentioned a similar experience.

I've gone to Center City Dental since I moved to Charlotte over 10 years ago. The staff are fantastic: professional, personable, and do everything with a high level of attention to detail. I was a little hesitant to keep going after Dr. LoParo decided to semi-retire and bring in Dr. Bossolina to replace him as a partner. I've been very pleased with the transition; they haven't missed a beat!
