This dental office was great when Dr. LoParo was practicing. Since Dr. Bossolina has been there, it’s been a completely different story. I have been to more than a half dozen dentists across the country and never had such repeated problems as I’ve had with Dr. Bossolina.
Under no circumstances whatsoever should you agree to any type of non-basic dental procedure. Always see a specialist. Both an extraction which caused a hole in my sinuses and a root canal which caused a severe infection in my lower jaw, none of it has been done correctly or with any personal regard from the dentist for his short-sighted care.
The same dentist who will give you a referral for something one day, then do it two months later only to cause you even more struggles.
Please, please, do yourself a favor and see an Endodontist or Oral Surgeon when it’s something more than a filling. This dentist will do it, but absolutely shouldn’t. One mistake Is excuse-able, after that and ending up in urgent cares and specialist offices should be malpractice.

I woke up one morning with a terrible toothache. I called Dr.LoParo's office immediately and they were able to see me the same day. I was told I was considered an emergency patient and that I may have to wait until a room opened up so I wasn't guaranteed to be seen at the time of my appointment. But all in all I didn't mind because I was in pain! The ladies at the front as well as in the back were very kind to letting me know how much longer it was going to be. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen by Dr,LoParo, he explained to me very thoroughly that i was going to loose this tooth because of too much infection, which I figured anyway. After that visit I was super pleased with how the whole situation was handled and I was able to get another appointment only a few weeks after that for a complete exam and x-rays. At that visit the Dr, his assistants and the ladies up front once again explained everything very well to me. After that I had to go back for many more major procedures including a root canal and a few crowns. My experience for all of this major dental work I have had throughout the 4 years I have been seeing Dr.LoParo has been phenomenal! I would recommended Dr. LoParo to anyone who asks me about a GREAT dentist!

I have been a patient at Dr. Laparo's for the last year and a half, after moving to Charlotte. My prior dentist was not as attentive to preventative care, and Dr. Laparo has methodically replaced my old fillings and when needed, crowned teeth that needed a bit more attention. All my procedures have been done with minimal discomfort, and good results. He and all of his staff are professional, kind, and pleasant. I highly recommend this office - my teeth have never been in such good shape!
