Just received a call from a collections agency about a $100 bill from this Dentist office. I have never used Dr Bossolina or have I ever received any type of bill. Very shady business practices.

I didn't put "Loved It" because who "loves" going to the dentist? Dr. LoParo is a pro along with his all-star staff. I work in uptown Charlotte so it is easy for me to get to his office. Whenever I go there, it is always a quick in and out job and I know I will get top notch treatment. His use of up to date technology makes all the difference in turning a procedure that was once several hours to a bout 15 or 20 minutes. My only downside from Dr. LoParo is that scheduling an appointment is a little rough because he has so many patients, it is unlikely that you will get an appointment the same week (sometimes month) that you make the call.
I have always recommended Dr. LoParo to all my friends that live here. He is probably the best dentist in the state.

I received great customer service and an overall pleasant experience. Dr LoParo was very informative and knowledgeable. Unlike other dentist he explains what he is going to do and why. I felt very comfortable and recommend his services.

Normally, I would give a 5-star rating, but because of the wait time, I can't go that high. Both Dr. Loparo and his staff are very professional and do excellent work. My procedure was 2 hours (as expected). Because I had to wait at least 30 minutes past my scheduled time, I was a little on the weak side because I not being able to eat as soon as I needed to. If I had know they were that far behind, I would have eaten a snack. I'm sure there must have been something unexpected to come up to be that far behind. I had to drink my lunch since my mouth was still numb. Next time I will try to schedule a long procedure to a more meal-friendly time if possible. I am diabetic, so eating within a certain time frame can make a difference. Thirty minutes can make a difference.

I want to thank Dr. LoParo and his staff for seeing me so quickly and taking care of my dental emergency while Dr. Roznik was out of town. They all did a wonderful job and got me on the road to recovery very quickly. If I didn't already have a great dentist and certainly would be a full time patient of Dr. LoParo.

Friendly staff and very efficient. I have been going there for two years and they have always delivered quality work and great hospitality. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality and professional dental office.

Well I didn't get the diagnosis I wanted, but I did get the truth. I have been to two other Dentist had my ears tickled. I had a suspicion that the treatment offered by others was just kicking the can down the road. I appreciate Dr Bossolina's honesty.

I was very pleased with the distancing expectations set for patients and employees at the office today. Everyone did their part and that made me happy for us all to be safe and healthy For each other!! Thanks to everyone for doing their part!!!

I was afraid of going to the dentist and Dr Loparo made that fear even worse for me. Talk about hurriedly done shabby, unnecessary work and every attempt to get the last penny of your insurance. That is Dr. Loparo for you. I went in for an evaluation with painfree, well functioning teeth. After evaluation, I was told there is 1 cavity which would need to be filled and it would take less than 20 minutes to do. I gave them the green signal and that became the cause of months of trouble and stress for me. I will regret that decision my whole life.
After 20 minutes of the procedure, I thought the cavity was filled but instead I got the shock of my life when I was told that I would need a root canal since the nerve was damaged during the filling. He did not seem convincing in his reasoning as the x-ray showed the cavity to be nowhere near the pulp chamber. He defended himself by saying things like "xrays don't always show the whole picture".
I cursed at my fate and decided to go ahead with the root canal. After the root canal he put a temp crown and then a permanent crown.
The permanent crown was not done properly and it never felt right. The assistant somehow put it in my mouth and said you will get used to it in a few days time. I never got used to it and had to go back for adjustment. I felt extremely hurried when I went in for readjustments and was told everytime that it would get better over time. On top of that he kept telling me about my remaining insurance and how we can use it to do some more fillings. I flatly refused after this experience. I knew all along that something was not right with the crown.
After a few weeks of suffering, I went to another dentist and he showed me on a screen how the crown had completely thrown off my bite on one side. I showed him the x-rays too and he couldn't believe that a root canal was done for a cavity of that size which could have been easily handled with a simple filling.
I had to get a new crown and a great deal of occlusal adjustment done to get my bite back to what it was. Avoid Dr. Loparo at all costs unless it is a simple cleaning. The reason for this elaborate review is that I have had a really bad experience and don't want anyone else to go through the same.
