The front staff was great! But every since the old children’s dentist and dr minor is here everything went left. I was told I couldn’t be in the back because I had a baby. Every since I’ve been coming here I’ve never had this experience until she came. I as a parent deserve to see what’s going on with my child’s mouth. We won’t be back.

Best practice I've been to by far!! I am a very nervous patient however the dentist did very well and let me know everything going on step by step. All staff are great. I still have more work to be done as well as a tooth pulled 😬 I'm confident about it 😊

I have always had a great experience At East Charlotte Dental. I have a long history with this place and have been seen by many Dr's . I also have 2 of my adult children now going here since they aged out of a pediatric place they started with when they were toddlers.Today I had a filling with Nitro us Oxide and was made very comfortable. Next month I will be without insurance and will have to pay in cash for a dental cleaning. I am willing to keep coming! I paid $130 for this months (January 2017) cleaning I had no x rays done 6 months ago it was $143. I was told it was bought by another company in October 2016 new pricing. Only a few of the old employees still work there. 1/24/2017

My very first visit and everyone in the office was amazing and made me feel wonderful. I got a fill-in and a tooth pulled and it was painless they explained in detail every step... Glad I changed to this dentist office

Dr Byrd is a gem my 5 year old had a mouth of issues but she quickly went in got a X-ray told us the plan and solved the problem I definitely recommend for children my kids have been going here for 6 years definitely worth the time peace of mind my baby girl hates doctors but dr Byrd had her relaxed and ready to go.. thank you so much

I've been to this place three times All three times were bad experiencesThe first time was so horrible I went to get a fillingAnd I had filling on teeth I wasn't even getting filled.The second time they numb me just to tell me I have two surgeries ahead of me and I have to waitLike literally sit there with your mouth numb waiting for 2 hours ....And then the third time today reschedule my appointment saying they don't have enough staff can I come in at 12 to sit there for an hour to absolutely get nothing done....To leave this review I had to give a star but I think they absolutely deserve no stars what a horrible place to go...

We really try to support our local dentist, BUT... the revolving door of dentists, not explaining services before they surprise-charge you for them, sending you to collections because the office management can't figure out how to submit a bill (they admitted sending us ZERO bills before sending to collections)... being a loyal customer for years and paying cash gets you nothing with these people. One dentist did the worst crown I've ever had, then he moved to their "real" branch out in Indian Trail), although we liked Dr. Hollowell. Sadly, done here.
