The communication is horrible! I scheduled an appointment for my son in my absence. A family member took off work to bring him and office refused service stating “The parent had to be present.” This would have been nice to know during the appointment scheduling phase.
Fast forward until today. I drove up from Raleigh this morning to bring my son and the appointment was scheduled for 1:00 and it is almost 2:00 (closing time) and we are still in the waiting area. It appears that they are overbooking. My time is important, not to mention, I drove almost 3 hours for the appointment. The least they could do is be professional and on time. THIS IS WILL BE OUR LAST APPOINTMENT HERE.
