Modern Family Dental Care - Northlake

As usual, this place delivers every time. I had to come and get my permanent crown put in on 1/26/22 and it came out perfect. The assistance were pleasant as usual and were able to see me the same day on my day off. It is awesome how Dr. Rogers interacts and explains everything to me. Far as pricing goes, I love how I get a comprehensive care plan with payment options. I love everything about this place. Most importantly, I’m glad it is 10 minutes from my residence. Keep up the great work you all!!!!!!!

Dr. Pernell Rogers and his entire staff were courteous, professional and very helpful in their evaluation and assessment of my case. They explained everything very explicitly and worked out a plan on my initial visit, so that I will understand the entire process and also become aware of the necessity of treatments. Scheduling appointments is easy as they will make accommodations to meet your schedule.

I’ve returned to Modern Family Dental Care these past few months to have a couple of crowns and veneers put on to create a much better smile. These procedures were all completed and I’m very happy about the outcome.

I have recently returned to Modern Family Dental Care at Northlake in 2020 to have another procedure done. Dr. Pernell Rogers planned out this procedure to close a gap that I had between two teeth, by putting in two crowns and a bridge. The outcome was successful and it looks great! I feel that my bite has also improved quite a bit after having the two procedures completed.

Every visit at Modern Family Dental Care at Northlake is always pleasant. Dr. Rogers and his staff will always make their patients feel comfortable and at ease. This is one of the reasons why I love going to my dentist!

On October 27, 2020, I went to Modern Family Dental Care for a routine cleaning of my teeth. Jeanne, my dental hygienist, is very nice and does a thorough check-up and cleaning for me. She cares about her patients and makes them feel comfortable. Jeanne will take the time to explain to me what I need to do at home to keep my teeth healthy. Every visit to my dentist is a happy experience.

I re-visited Modern Family Dentist on October 17, 2022 for a cleaning and check-up with Amber who is an excellent hygienist. During my visit, I had mentioned to Dr. Pernell Rogers that I had one tooth which was giving me dull pains and also throbbing pains from time-to-time. Dr. Pernell Rogers recommended an extraction of the tooth and the three options available to fill the gap, but the only option I had was getting an implant.

Dr. Rogers will go over my Medical Histories and my Prescription Medications prior to carrying out these surgeries as a safety precaution.

Dr. Roger’s staff are always pleasant, helpful and smiling. This is a great dental office and I love coming here.

My visit was honestly awesome. Great people, awesome to talk to. First time going by myself, I just became an adult and was honestly just scared to go. Always went with my mom. I went and my hygienist was a great soul. Kept me calm and complimented my smile at every opportunity. I recommend this facility over any other. AWESOME PLACE. 10/10 recommend.

My experience at Modern Family Dental Northlake location was amazing! I loved the fact that they offer several different plans to accommodate their customers! There wasn’t any confusion on pricing and when I was a little confused Ms. Tiffani wasted no time explaining everything to me once more! The dental hygienist, Mrs. Jeannie was amazing as well. She was very thorough explaining to me what shape my teeth were in and what cleaning would be best for me! When Mrs. Jeannie cleaned my teeth she made sure I was comfortable the entire time! I wish I would’ve known about this beautiful place earlier! I’m so excited to go back for my future appointments! I feel so confident in my clean teeth! Did I mention they also have TV’s you can watch during your procedures? So inviting! I recommend this place 100% ❤️

By far the BEST dental office I ever been to. From the staff at the front desk all the way to the dental assistant and doctor. They were all amazing.. the best experience I ever had going to the dental office. This was my first time there and I will continue to go here. They made me and my husband feel so welcome and both had a great experience getting a tooth removed. I'm impressed. Dr. Rogers was AMAZING no pain at all removing my tooth. I would definitely recommend.

UPDATE: Had a fill-in done kind of last minute, no problem I was seen and tooken care of. No pain or nothing... staff is great as always and Dr. Roger's is just the BEST!! Plain and simple.. Would HIGHLY recommend 👌
