Their charges are astronomical. They charge you, your insurance and have you pay on a payment plan! After calling several top dentist in the area the charges are really illegal. The criteria for the payment plan is "none". That's a red flag right there. Please check around before you commit.
The entire office walks around your room just too see if you are going to commit! It's crazy!!@

I had an appt set, a root canal I really needed and when I arrived at my appt I was turned away because I didn't confirm my appt. not only did I set up the apt just days before but the person who set my appt never told me that if I didn't text or call to confirm my appt would be cancelled. I drove all the way to the office for nothing, and no remorse was shown. Bad way to do business, explaining policies so that could consumers can follow is not only necessary but it's easy.

Evwryone from the staff (MEKA and even Kai) to the doctor (Dr. Rogers) were great all around. Hate to have to have work done and hated even more to have to pay. Nonetheless, they made the whole experience a most pleasant one overall.

Horrible experience from the first time. I went the first time when it was long creek when Dr. Lassad. Was there and he messed my mouth up. He attempted to pull a wisdom tooth that he shouldn't have tried to pull. After trying for an 1hr he couldn't get it out. He had to stitch me up. And I had to find an oral surgeon the next day Because it was after 5. Went back for fillings and they were not done correct. Went in April/may and still can't eat on my left side of my mouth. Went back under the new name modern dentist and he attemped to fix my fillings bevause they were too high. Still not better that was in july. He wanted to charge me for another xray when I had one in April. Everytime I've went they do an xray and charge me because it's not a good one. So I've paid for 3 xrays in a year. Wouldn't recommend this dentist to no one.
