I definitely don’t like the dentist. I haven’t always been the best at keeping up with my oral hygiene either, so it has been some time since I went to the dentist. So I booked my appointment. The moment I walked in the front door I was greeted with a very friend staff. My hygienist was amazing. She explained my treatments and never once did I feel anxious. My dentist was also amazing. She and her team made getting my tooth fixed a breeze. I loved how the whole team works together in helping me with my treatments. My anxiety is diminished! Even checking out the office staff was friendly. Thank you for making going to the dentist fun! Yes fun!

I had an amazing experience at this dentist office! Everyone I met was polite and professional. The vibe was friendly and upbeat. The music was fun. The staff was friendly and informative. I can’t remember a more positive experience in a medical/dental office. You guys are nailing it! Please keep doing what you are doing!

I, Mr. “E” would like to recognize Sam who works at the Carolina dentistry in Spring Lake for her always positive and professional attitude that I find welcoming whenever I come to the clinic. She is very knowledgeable in whatever your questions or concerns are as well as the go to person for reference it seems from other staff members. I found her accommodations with my son and myself to be very pleasant and fully understandable when it came to processing the charges. She was supportive with providing me the information I needed to address my insurance coverage charges and assistance.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everyone was super nice from start to finish. I had a deep cleaning, root canal and a crown done. No pain from start to finish. They helped me with financing and got all my appointments made for future procedures. Definitely would recommend them to everyone

Great staff and positive vibes felt throughout the clinic.
Just one suggestion. As far as convenience it would be better if all prescriptions were called in the day before the procedure. It’s hard taking care of someone whose just had their wisdom teeth pulled and get meds filled. Other than that me and my son were overly pleased with our experience. Thank you!!

My experience at Carolinas Dentist was amazing! The receptionist was really sweet and polite. The waiting room is cozy and gives off a feeling of warmth. The dental assistant who took care of me made me feel comfortable and explained every step. The dentist, Dr. Mullen, is the BEST! He made everything clear and answered all of my questions. He gave me the impression that everything would be fine. The financial coordinator was also really sweet. She helped to accommodate my needs and set me up with a nice plan. Overall, it’s a great place to be!

I unfortunately broke a tooth and needed to get it fixed. Carolinas Dentist went above and beyond! I was able to get a same day appointment and got my filling no problem! All of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming which was extremely comforting. My entire experience was effortless and fantastic! I will definitely be going back for my routine cleanings. Highly, highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist in this area!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my appointment today was phenomenal! This place is the best place ever! They were nice and courteous. Great customer service! They set clear expectations on what they were doing and walked me through step by step process. I greatly appreciate Dr.Arnold and his team. Crystal, Aleshia, Jenn, and Sam. Everyone did an outstanding job! If I could give more stars I definitely would. They deserve a raise or increase in salary. I called back due to question I Had and Sam was able to answer quickly and provide a solution to my problem. She was very nice and helpful. The process was quick and easy. They were warm and friendly. Made me feel comfortable before and after the process. I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Because of them I no longer have to worry about my wisdom teeth bothering me and can now start the process to a better smile. Thank you all! I hope you guys have a great day! I had a number of crowns, root canal,and a filling performed over a course of three months at Carolina Dentist. Be mindful that I'm not one to provide reviews for many services, but on this occasion I am compelled to mention my experience as a patient of Doc.Devinney. His chair-side manner is top notch. I enjoyed every visit and was made very comfortable by his concern that appeared genuine and effortless. He was accompanied by a wonderful cast of assistants that also made every visit a pleasure. Thanks to Kylie and the crew. All are complete professionals. I would recommend that anyone looking for dental care to strongly consider Carolina Dentist Spring lake NC.
