I have been to many dentists in the area trying to find the right fit and came to Dr. Neuman due to issues w/ the proficiency of my prior dentist, so I have seen some of the not-so-good options in Raleigh. Dr. Neuman and her entire staff were amazing from beginning to end. She addressed the issues someone else caused and built a reasonable plan for my care going forward. If you haven't found a dental home, Caring Smile is the place! Exceptional work and truly remarkable staff. I've discovered them six months ago after sub par work from my last dentist and this is my new home! Rosaly, Tamra, and Dr Neuman are by far the best staff I've ever experienced. I’ve always struggled with dental issues. As a child, I had teeth that would come in bad. Here later in life, I’ve always made sure my husband and son take excellent care of their teeth but have neglected myself. There are so many emotions around having bad teeth. From embarrassment to sadness it’s all there and short of being independently wealthy, it’s also expensive. Dr. Neumann and her staff are people that show none of the distaste that others in my shoes have felt with other providers. There was no condemning tone or should of done this or that. She volunteered to fit me in for a look, came up with several options and is starting tomorrow morning. She takes excellent care of our whole family now and my only regret is not coming sooner.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME.
I called them Friday morning to re-cement by crown and it was able to walk in and get the work done. The atmosphere is great, their waiting area is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and their music choice for the office is great.
