I was told my daughter had a cavity & once I rescheduled an appointment TWICE , I was told to find another dentist. Once I did the dentist confirmed she had NO cavities at all!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!

10/10 recommend! I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, and the doctor and his amazing assistant made sure I was very numb and felt no pain. This office has a super nice staff, and the place is very clean!

I wouldn't even give one star if i didn't have too. Made a appointment for my son two weeks ago made it clear that my son was incarcerated and would be escorted by the juvenile justice system to the appointment. Also he may or may not be in shackles. I arrived first checked him in, he arrived 10 minutes later was escorted in, we was told to have a seat and wait. Mind you most places have the guards to bring the juvenile in a back door because most of the time their in shackles. Well he came through front door into the lobby where other patients soon arrived and of course they stared. After about 30 minutes a gentleman came out told us that Dr. Ballinger did not feel comfortable treating my son. When we ask why what was the problem, if it was the restraints the guard said he would remove them. We got the same answer over and over that he just doesn't feel comfortable. Then i was told that the lady that set up the appointment didn't fully understand what i meant by him being incarcerated, basically blaming the receptionist. Not only was we humiliated but now my son has to remain in pain until i can find another dentist.

I have not been to the dentist in about 14 years. Dr Chris is awesome and his team has put my mind at ease with dental anxiety. I have had old fillings replaced. New ones done as well as wisdom tooth removal. All done pain free and in a comfortable setting. Dr Chris makes quick work of dentistry, no laying around half the day in jaw strain. I would not hesitate to recommend his practice and I am very pleased with service. Thanks Ballinger dental!!

My 11 year old daughter couldn’t sit in the waiting room while I got my teeth cleaned. That said she had to sit in the car. I had no other choice but to bring her with me because it was spring break and otherwise she would have been at school. (Btw there was one teenager waiting In the waiting room and he was supposedly waiting on a ride)
This was only the last straw that caused me to find another dentist. Last visit I waited for over an hour after I was injected with numbing for the doctor to come back and fill my tooth. The fact that my jaw was still numb after all that time tells me that he knew he was going to make me sit there an hour and gave me that much more to keep me numb throughout his other patient’s visit. It was so much numbing that it knocked me out for about 5 minutes. That seems unethical to me.

Before starting treatment they ran my insurance to make sure I had it. They told me and the dental assistant that I was good, so we went ahead with the cleaning. Now, I owe them over $100 because my new insurance did not cover it. Instead of actually making sure I was good they claimed they checked so the assistant could just go ahead. My one star goes out to the dental assistant, she was good. The only positive thing in my Ballinger experience.

Hadn't been to the dentist in over 7 years (ashamed) and needed some emergency dental work. They got me in quick and made sure i was comfortable, have had 2 extractions and can say i was very pleased, was offered more numbing at the slightest hint of pain and everyone was very friendly. Look forward to my next visit. Took away my extreme fear of the dentist.

I had many Pleasant experiences with this Dental practice. Dr. Ballinger has been seeing my child for a while since she was four or five I believe when she was transferred to him from another dental office due to behavior issues. He then worked with his wife and I believe that was a very different environment. He was very creative in tolerating the behaviors that my child presented to him and he made her comfortable and was able to treat unlike all of the rest of the dental practices that had seen her. Due to the situation I always believed that he would be a person who was very highly recommended until today. I know that he is not expected to remember every detail about every patient but if you would have took the time out to look over the charts of both of my children he would have seen that my daughter was experiencing the same situation that my son is now experiencing at the same age range. I assume that he would have had more compassion for the situation and when I expressed my thoughts and feelings and concerns about a comment that he made instead of him being concerned and telling me something that would have been more caring he instead decided that he was going to stay he refused to treat them anymore and for them to be do to the situation I always believe that he would be a person who was very highly recommended until today. I know that he's not expected to remember every detail about every patient but if he would have took a time out to look over the charts of both of my children he would have seen that my daughter was experiencing the same situation that my son is now experiencing at the same age range. I assume that he would have had more compassion for the situation and when I expressed my thoughts and feelings and concerns about a comment that he made instead of him being concerned and telling me something that would have been more caring he instead decided to state he did not want to treat anymore don't resume with anymore appointments and refer them to someone. My son is 3 years old and of course he is scared of a dental clinic just as he is of a doctor's office. Dr. Ballinger stated that he thought my son may have had developmental delays or Autism due to him being scared. When I expressed my concern about his comment I didn't expect such unconcerned from him. I really thought he would have been more compassionate and caring towards a patient but I was wrong.
