Bad dental work. They lie and want to do there own plan not yours. I'm the one paying right maybe listen to your patients. Dropped them and went some where else much better.

I was not happy, I went in and told them what I wanted done and they told me I would have to follow their treatment plan. I don't believe this is in any way professional. You I would think they would listen to the patient. I was very unhappy with the visit. There was no professionalism there.

An unprofessional dentistry. Be aware that they are rude. Keep your eyes open and aware of what's going on. Kids have an awful experience there. Don't go to this dentist. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and RUDE! For those with braces do not go. They have broken my daughters braces and we will not come back for the damages they have done. Other people have had awful experiences here! Read THE REVIEWS! They do not care and I hope this dentistry is SHUT DOWN! I RECOMMEND to everyone reading this NOT TO GO HERE!

My advise to all is to stay as far away as you can. My husband and I had an experience with the owner in which he was extremely inappropriate. If he were the last dentist on earth, we simply wouldn't go. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional to say the least. It's pretty sad that a business owner doesn't care about his own patients that support him. I wouldn't give him my business if he paid me to go. He ought to be ashamed of himself for his behavior, but I suspect that he isn't. He acted on assumptions that he knew nothing about and behaved like a complete moron. If this post prevents anyone else from being subjected to the treatment we received, then I am glad that I took the time to write. As a sidenote, I have never written a review prior to this, but felt strongly that people should be warned.

A zero is well deserved! HORRIBLE bedside manner, rude stuff and pulled way more teeth than required then DISCHARGED me from the practice before I could be fitted because I complained about how I was being treated. Hate this place!!!!!!!

I see some negative reviews but my observation has been this office has to deal with a lot of difficult patients wanting something for nothing. I found Dr.Ballinger through my insurance. For the past year I have been in a few times and only had a wonderful experience. The people are friendly and professional. I only waited a few minutes before being called in each time. My dental hygienist is awesome! She makes you feel like you are a close friend. I look forward to seeing her again. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who needs one. Dr. Ballinger is a great guy, and doesn't pressure you into getting expensive work like some dentists.

WORST DENTIST EVER! How does he even have a license?? If only there was a no stars button. I went there for myself & didn't really have a problem with them until recently. I went there for a cleaning & the assistant that was suppose to clean my teeth was very rude. She kept insulting me. Dr. Ballinger (the guy) never seems happy. He always looks annoyed and has no chair side manners.
The worst part happened when I took my daughter there. I wanted my daughter to go to the same dentist as me. It was my daughter's first dentist appointment ever cuz she's only 1. They have a no cellphone policy which is understandable but they take it to another level. I understand you don't want people texting in their chairs or talking loudly or have ringing phones period but they act like you pulled out a gun if you pull out your phone. But I digress, it was my daughter's first dentist appointment so of course I wanted to document it. My mom was in the back with me & my daughter since she's very involved in her life. My mom took out her phone to take pictures of her in the chair & was going to put it away after a pic of HER GRANDCHILD. She didn't argue with them because she already got her pic but the workers were continuously being rude and saying snide comments. As Dr. Ballinger was cleaning my daughter's teeth he stated that she was gonna come back with cavities because of her grandmother... excuse me?! These people are just flat out rude and disrespectful. Oh & don't let them catch you with a phone. Avoid going here at all cost, I can't stand this place. I'm not paying to be treated poorly. I wish there was a place to report him & get that office shut down.
