DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. First off, they took 18 x-rays. I am an imaging professional and I know that 18 x-rays is unnecessary in general not to mention the radiation exposure. You then are ushered into another room where the assistant says "ok, the hygienist doesn't come in for another 15 minutes or so I will turn the TV on". My time is important, just as important as yours. The hygienist shows up, does the gum evaluation and says "dentist will be right in!". At this point I am thinking, "what about my cleaning?". The dentist arrives and looks over everything and says "looks great! you are cleared to schedule a basic cleaning." And then walks out. I look at the assistant and say "what about my cleaning?" she responds, "oh that is a common misconception, you now have to schedule". They walk me into another room which this new lady repeats "ok, looks like you are clear for a basic cleaning let me see...ok how does May sound?" Um it is OCT?! It is a complete sham. You wonder why people don't get regular dental care in Grand Forks, this is why. I would never return to this facility. I am going to also file a complaint about radiation exposure and with the Better Business Bureau. That was a waste of my time, excessive use of radiation and I didn't even get the service that I was in need of.

All employees are very helpful, especially with me having a busy schedule having kids and working.

They are able to help me getting my work done right away.

Wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly, politely and cheerful! They make sure you are well taken care of! It was super easy and fast to schedule an appointment online and the next appointment. Everyone made sure to ask how I was doing throughout the entire process and explain what they were doing. Kathy was wonderful at explaining everything and going through all the options and recommendation for me. 10/10 recommend!

Worst dental office ever. My boyfriend needed several teeth removed before he could get his heart surgery done in mid- February. The Grand Forks office removed all his upper teeth and several lower teeth on Jan. 10/22. His temporary plates never fit properly even after they adjusted them so he quit wearing them altogether. The first week of July they set him up to get his permanent plates made. This was now 6 months after the extractions. The beginning of Aug, they finally called to have him come in to make whatever minor adjustments were needed and then send him home with them. No such luck, because they didn’t fit and needed to be sent out to have them redone. Got a phone call today, Sept. 12 saying they lost his bottom plate and he would need to come back in for a new impression. And still no word on his top plate. He has now been without any teeth for 8 months. This place is a joke and should give him his money back. Stay clear of the Grand Forks office. I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible.

The worst experience, Ever!! Aspen Dental is running a scam! Maybe it’s just with the elderly, thinking they are mentally impaired or clients without insurance. It is all about the money with this practice. Wanting huge payments before treatment is outrageous. Telling a client they have moderate periodontal disease, yet their idea of treating this is with one visit(which includes a half hearted cleaning and disruptions to see another patient in the middle of this so called treatment. I’m a retired nurse and no what an “infection is(that’s what they kept calling periodontal disease) in the beginning they told me it would take three 2 to 3 hour visits for treatment. However once I paid the money suddenly I only needed the one treatment that included the “cleaning”. I tell anyone that will listen about this and will also report them to the Better Business Bureau. Never again will I visit Aspen Dental:(

This is the worst place you can imagine. Of course, everyone will smile for you once you're there. But all they are after is money. It is really ugly when dental service is all they care about is your money rather than your health. They tried to force me to do some unnecessary procedure that would cost $1,800. They even said they would not offer any treatment unless they did this unnecessary procedure. I said I will have to go to another provider and started to walk out of the door and then when they realized they would lose a CUSTOMER they said ok. I had a crown there and sadly it fell off the next day in my sleep. I was luck I didn't swallow it. I went there and asked for a fix or a refund and they REFUSED. I had to write their regional manager to approve a refund. Then after a couple of months, I checked my account and they fund was not there. Six months later and more than 30 emails I finally got my refund. I hate this place and advise you never to go there.
