Got 7 fillings here last year and most everyone was nice. Had 2 follow up appts and they kept cancelling my last one. Very frustrating when you take a Monday morning off from work and then they leave you a voice mail sat evening at 6pm saying I'm sorry we will have to reschedule your appt. I'm stuck taling the time off now, and when I call there's no apology, no empathy, just, we have an opening in 2 weeks. Never did go to the last appt. Now a year later I call to get in asap because of an abcess/infection under one molar they filled. I explained I'm in excruciating pain and they put me on hold for 5 min then say, earliest we can see you is in two weeks. Will look for a new dentist and never go back to this place!

Scheduled app'ts were on time. Staff members I interacted with were very kind. Everything was explained thoroughly. I would absolutely refer anyone to Aspen Dental.

I can't think of anything bad that happened to me at Aspen Dental.
I went in with a very painful mouth and came out knowing what the
problem is and what to do to solve it. Every body there was very
courteous and efficient.

Great awesome atmosphere great chilled skilled very informative and caring and very surprised individuals I'd recommend everyine to gonto Aspen Dental. If it was allowed I'd cook dinner for everyone that works over at Aspen Dental as a show of gratitude and anyway of saying thank you for everything.

This aspen and the one in minot have some issues. I’ve been to both bc I travel between these city’s a lot. I will never go back to any aspen.
They don’t know how to keep patient info private bc they talk openly about it at the front desk. I heard the first and last name of a patient and know what he needs and more than I should have heard in the waiting room.
I will be filing a Complant with the labor board and getting a lawyer due to them breaking HIPPA laws.
Stay far away from both grand forks and the minot office
Also my last review on the minot office they told me to contact them to talk it out and no one will get me to anyone that can help

Had to physically go to office to medical records released. Will never do business with them again.

All the staff at Aspen Dental are awesome. I have never had any problems with them . Dr. B did amazing with my surgery and they continue to care for me in a wonderful way!!!

Everyone except the actual dentist was really nice. The dentist wouldn't listen to anything I had to say our every really give me the timer of day. She already had her mind made up when she got in there too see me and didn't care what I was saying.
