Nice staff but all in all it is a cookie cutter experience.
As with most medical or Dental professionals they have their agenda and the patient's desires are secondary. And their agenda can take a long time to accomplish.

Addition to this post....I came to the dental office for a specific reason. I wanted a broken tooth dealt with. The dentist was insistent on taking panoramic pics to get a comprehensive look at my mouth. She plotted a course of action to deal with a number of issues. My priority was and is the broken tooth. But now I have to wait a month to get a cleaning that I foolishly paid for in advance. My power of Choice was overridden by what appeared as protocol. I have to approach my oral issues according to my ability to pay for them as each one is done. Again, my immediate need is a broken tooth. Not comprehensive cleaning or anything else at this time.

The manager was somewhat helpful. There was confusion on their part about whether my insurance covered 100% sealants for kids under 21. Even though I faxed over proof from the insurance company. Now we have to go back again. the hygienist was awesome.

You see their wonderful commercials on TV.
You think to yourself.. "this is where I'd like to go".

Well. Don't.

The company rides on the verge of false advertising. They claim on those commercials that they will "work with you to create a payment plan", only to find out the plans are: you pay half up front, half at the time of your visit - or, you can "get a bank loan to pay for your costs".
Working with someone to create a payment plan, doesn't constitute sending them to a bank. Payment plans are just that, plans to make payments.. not 50/50, or pay in full upon receipt of services.
Aspen Dental only works with those that can afford to go to a dentist and pay on time. Otherwise, you are on your own.
Dentistry is expensive, no doubts there. But when you're facing nearly $10,000 in work, only to be disappointed that you have to get a loan from a bank, which isn't going to happen with bad or no credit, literally leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
If the company truly cared about those that need help regardless of their income stature, and not have to worry about millions in overhead, then the "nice" people that work there would have been worth the effort.

Other than that, those commercials and in-office hospitality, is just lipstick on a pig.
If you're poor like me, avoid this place at all costs (literally).

I had my 1st visit to Aspen dental a couple of days ago. I was very nervous about the situation, but overall the staff was great after I got home; I saw over 30 bad reviews about aspen dental on TikTok. I mean a horrible but Prayerfully, I will be back after my next appointment to clear up any fears anyone may have; although I am even more afraid now, I will be back to give my next review.

Aspen dental DOES CARE
They really took the time to listen to my husband make sure he was comfortable and his concerns were heard.
They are absolutely very professional on a shy/brused subject for him with dentures.
They made him feel comfortable and made sure his new dentures fit without rushing him out.
They were short staffed that day, and had other patients but didn't rush or interrupt him while he was in the process of his fittings, and try to rush us out the door.
They really were there to make sure his dentures fit him perfectly before we left.
The doctor was very informed and patient to discuss each step and made him feel very comfortable and at ease.
The staff in every aspect from entering the front door to everyone being excited to see his smile and how they looked when he was walking out was superly wonderful like they were they longtime friends.
The whole experience GREAT.
I didn't know they did other dentistry as well; I am thinking I will be taking my services there as well now too.
I am more than satisfied to let others know and direct my friends to them.
They are fabulous.

** To the whole staff there:
Thank you for everything from the bottom of our hearts. You have repaired the attitude and demure of my husband and that is PRICELESS!

My experience at Aspen Dental was mixed, both the Hygienist and the Dentist were both professional and did excellent work. The biggest problem I had was after the initial consultation, and while scheduling my cleaning, the office lady asked if I was interested in a fluoride treatment. She indicated that my insurance would not cover it, and my cost would be $21. I paid this in advance so that I would not have a bill since it was a routine cleaning. When I received my bill in the mail, it indicated that the fluoride treatment was $48. I had to call the office a total of five times over the course of two weeks to get someone in the office to explain this discrepancy to me. I left two voicemails, and spoke with a real person twice, both of those times I was told I would get a call back, but I did not receive a phone call. When I finally managed to speak with someone, I explained the situation, and the events that happened. The response I was given was something to the effect of- I don't know why you were quoted that price, and your balance is $27. No effort was made by the staff to rectify the situation or even acknowledge that I paid for this service in advance. As I said in the beginning, the hygienist and the dentist were both great, however their billing practices are terrifying. I am grateful I did not have a more expensive procedure done. I would be concerned for anyone who is quoted a price for services and then have their costs more than double.

Be very wary if planning to use insurance at this location. After incorrectly estimating the amount covered by insurance, I was sent to collections by this location for an additional $45 without any notification. I settled this, chalked it up to an honest error and returned 6 months later. I provided updated updated insurance information, and paid the copay I was told was owed. About 6 months later, a delinquent account from Aspen Dental appeared on my credit report, lowering my score significantly. No phone calls, letters or other notification. Come to find out when checking with my insurance company, they never even bothered to file with them for the second appointment and just sent it straight to collections. I’ve made countless phone calls and visits trying to get this sorted out in the past, but at this point I’m not sure anything can be done to rectify the damage to my credit. My actual experience at the location was just fine, but certainly not worth this headache.

Everyone was wonderful, they took the time to make me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I was given all the information I needed and helped with payment plans. I would definitely recommend going here to everyone. Best dental experience ever. ☺️

The dental hygienist was very nice and I've gone to her multiple times because she is so nice and not too hard on my sensitive gums. The doctor who checked my teeth for cavities was also very nice and personable. Since I had a late appointment, I knew the receptionist would most likely be gone when my appointment was finished and she was leaving while I was leaving. My hygienist wanted her to check out my insurance, which I knew she wouldn't be able to do at that time, but the way she reacted was very rude, "Well, I already clocked out so..." She was only looking at my hygienist, not me the customer, which I hate when people ignore me. God forbid she take a picture of my card when she's not clocked in so she can research it the next day. I still haven't received a call either and it'll be a week. I was not a fan of her attitude and her unprofessional clothing.
