2 stars because the dentist may great; the customer service is not!
It seems that lack of quality and customer service seem to be the norm in the Cincinnati dentistry. I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advanced, I arrived 30min early for my appointment went to another dentist called complete dentistry by accident (go figure) was locked up for lunch . I tried calling and left a voice mail message. l spoke to "Mandy or Amanda" by the time she returned my call it was 30min later and by that time I had driven back to work. She asked if I still able to make it said I could try.
After getting back in my car to drive again, sitting in the office, she finally tells me she would have schedule out again because it was outside the patient wind. Really!? It was outside the time patient window you called me back. So not only did i waste my time, I wasted my money on gas and potentially a serious dental complications. As a new patient I've seen all need to see.

I switched to CHD about 5 years ago, and have never had a bad experience. I like the fact that the use new and proven technologies that the staff has clearly been trained to use so that patients get the best possible care.
