Dr. Maggie and her assistant Paige are absolutely the sweetest ladies. I tend to be a bit apprehensive when in the dentist chair. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

This is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I have avoided dental care because of my anxiety surrounding dental work. But here, the entire staff actively works to make you feel not just comfortable but at home. Dr. Bobby gives you all of your options without the slightest bit of pressure to make a decision in that moment. If you are looking for a dentist I highly highly suggest giving them a try. They give you a tour and there are complimentary fresh baked cookies! Anything they can do to make the process easy and comfortable for you, they probably already have it available! When I was leaving my wife was setting up an appointment with them because she was truly impressed! Thank you so much to the entire staff!

I had two molars pulled(we all know that’s not fun) but they made sure I felt nothing. The staff were all super friendly, they also took the time to discuss all my options. Great place!

This is the second time I've showed up for an appointment and the item ordered hadn't arrived. You would think they would tell you when they call to confirm...they should be contacting the company that is shipping the item to find out why they haven't shipped it and when they will receive. Then they should call you to reschedule your appointment. They needs to be better communication between the office and the dental staff so this doesn't happen.
I'm happy with the dental assistants and the dentists and orthodontist, it's the office part than lowers the stars. The dental assistants and the dentists rate 4 1/2 stars with me.

If every medical office could run as smoothly as Fixari Dental it would be awesome! The employees/operation move like a well oiled machine. My time is valuable and I appreciate that they work in such an efficient way. My appointments are usually early Saturday morning, I don’t know if that makes a difference but I’m never left waiting too long. Dr. Fixari and staff are very pleasant, customer service is A1.

Something has changed in 2021 with Fixari. My daughter is an orthodontist patient with appointments roughly once per month. Prior to this year, we would show up 10 minutes before our appointment, be taken right back and the work done. Today, like several other times this year, we arrived 10 minutes early. We were taken to a room at appointment time and sat for 35 minutes without a word from anyone. The people here are great but I don’t feel like our time is being respected.

When Dr. Mark retired, I have to admit I was nervous about who would replace him. I have been a Patient of Fixari Dental since 1988 shortly after he first opened his first location on E. Livingston Ave. After he retired, I met Dr. Gerda. And she knocked it out of the park. She filled his shoes like nobody ever could. Is 33 years of being a patient of Fixari Dental I have not one complaint. I have never had any pain in any procedure done by either Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Gerda @ Fixari Family Dental in the Canal Winchester location.

Everyone I’ve spoke to or seen have all been helpful and I’d I had any questions it wasn’t a bother! Very friendly!!!

Dr. Bobbi is the best... been seeing him off and on for many years now. He has such a gentle comforting presence, and truly cares about his patients! Quality of work done on me has always been great, the staff I've encountered at this location are all very friendly and do their best to accommodate your needs ...A very clean relaxing environment, I personally won't go anywhere else!!! Cleaning went fine. 4pm to 4:30pm waited till 4:50 on dentist to check me out. He never came so I left because I had another appointment in Lancaster at 5:30pm. Going to look for a less busy office. One that is .more considerate.
