Dr G is the best! She was really very nice and made sure the whole process was comfortable for me. She listened to all my dental concerns and made honest recommendations. Hannah, Marisol were awesome too and made the whole experience great. The place was clean, organized and well-staffed! Would definitely recommend this place!

I had an absolutely awful experience here. They messed up my X-rays and forgot about me when I was waiting for them to work out the issue, causing me to be late for work. They tried to sell me on services that I do not need that no other dentist has recommended to me. Their space is not clean. It is not professional at all, and feels like they are just there to make a profit.
They finally did my X-rays again that day and billed me for it. I tried to get my X-rays sent to another dentist, filled out the release form, and have now emailed them 5 times trying to get a confirmation that they were sent and haven’t heard back. Would strongly discourage anyone from going here.

From the moment, I walked in the door, I felt welcome, comfortable and valued. Shawn (Sean?) greeted me and took me on a tour of the office, and then Peg (?) greeted me and handed me a lovely thank you gift for joining the practice and reviewed my information.

The staff, including those I've already mentioned, Ashley, and Dr. Gerda, are really something you rarely find in this day of age of the "get them in and get them out mentality." They really take their time and explain everything very clearly and patiently. Fixari staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and they listen to your concerns with genuine interest. I'm blown away by this level of customer service. This is the standard by which all others should be measured; this is what medical practices should strive to be because this level of service is deserved by us, patients, and it should not be such a rare experience.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Please see for yourself. I'm not exaggerating. They're that good.

Just a couple days ago I had the best experience at Fixari Family Dental in Canal Winchester. For a little under a year I had a concern about one of my teeth and after having an exam and a filling I’m all better! All thanks to Dr. Bobby and Kim, who answered all my questions, were so patient and kind, took everything step by step and the best part was I didn’t feel a thing! I highly recommend Dr. Bobby and his team for any concerns anyone might have because I know they will take amazing care of you just like they did me. I know I’ll for sure be bringing my family there to see them!

After five years of pain and embarrassment from improperly fitting dentures, I went to Fixari Family Dental for a consultation to see if they could help. Wow! The results are extraordinary! The level of professionalism, attention to my budget, and most importantly the skill involved in improving my dentures for a comfortable fit. No more pain, no more slippage, no more eating foods that catered to my chewing issues, and no more of that awful denture glue to hold the teeth in place. Best dentist I have ever been to for many reasons. First they are very skilled at doing in my opinion complicated work with little to no pain. Second thier pricing is very competitive. For something as unpleasant as a visit to any doctor can be they do an awesome job making you comfortable. Can honestly say it was a great experience for someone that dreads the dentist's office. Other things that were great I got a next day appointment for them to evaluate me for a broken tooth and they did the crown during that appointment even though I know my particular procedure took longer than it usually does and most other dentist would have you come back. I can't think of a single negative impression. If you had to drive here from cleveland or cincinnati it would be worth it. even after the numbing agents wore off I had no real pain. very good handling of covid 19 safety.

First they answered the phone after 7:00 pm and scheduled me for an appt the following day. Amazing right!? They were great with my 11 year old son and awesome about explaining what needed to be done, even to point of handing me a mirror to see...Let's talk about being transparent ...Dr Bobby and his staff are awesome! They are very knowledgable as well as skillful. I enjoyed my visit, and I typically have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. Fixari, You guys ROCK!!!!💕 Dr. Bobby you are fabulous!!!!

Absolutely love this team. Always willing to help. They always find time to squeeze in emergency visits to ensure patients are taken care of quickly. Couldn’t ask for more from my family dentist. Looking to get my 4 yr old set up as a patient here this year.

Ive been going to Fixari for alittle over 14 years now and I have no complaints. The staff is great and Dr. Gerda is awesome. I love it when you go in there and she remembers you. They always make me feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend Fixari to all of my friends and family.

I see them every 6 months and look forward to it!! Who says that?!? They’re fantastic and so friendly. I feel so welcome the minute I walk in. And always leave with a fresh baked cookie.
