Yesterday I had my first appointment at Fixari Dental. I was greeted by the incredible Ms Peggy, who gave me a tour of the office. I then had my appointment with Dr Wes and his assistant Emily. I have never felt more comfortable with a dental care provider. Dr Wes is a master of his craft and Emily ensures that everything goes according to plan. I was in and out of the office in no time! We laughed, shared stories, and I left with a confident and clean smile. I recommend Fixari to anyone that likes to be apart of something bigger than your typical dentist visit, they really do make you feel like family. I know I won't be going anywhere else, and that's a Beef guarantee!

My Hygienist Lexie was very caring, and she made my cleaning enjoyable and “comfortable”!
She was the “first” to ever suggest a mouth block, since having my jaw open for a long period of time causes discomfort…. that was such a relief!
And my Dentist Dr.Bob continues to “always” make my periodically Dental Visit a warming and professional event.

Emily the dental assistant was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Maggie along with Emily were very knowledgeable and eased my anxieties to come up with a helpful dental plan.
I would recommend them to everyone looking for a dental office.

If your looking for clean dental office this place is for you! I used fear the injections and neglected my teeth because of it. Dr. Gerda has been the best! She has her technique with the injections and I trust her! I fear no injections because I know that I am in good hands. She is Amazing! No words can describe her professionalism. Awesomeness that’s all I can say! The staff are friendly and courteous. I love her!! If your like me, afraid of the injections, look no further and ask for Dr. Gerda. She will take care of you. I can now smile with confidence. I promise you will not be disappointed! 😊

Our family has been a patient for 2 years! It is ALWAYS a wonderful experience! The staff is so nice, thorough and professional! Today, my Tech was Page and she was so much fun! Dr. Bobby is such a pleasure every interaction and he goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable from start to finish!!! Needed to share!!!

I lost my insurance while my son was in braces. He was under Dr. Lawrence care for orthodontics. I went to the dentist for him with the new insurance and they asked for his braces to be removed immediately and that he needed a root canal ASAP. They made me pay for the braces in full before they removed them- even though his treatment was not done. My son almost lost his tooth due to negligence and I paid for a full treatment of orthodontics and his teeth are still gapped and crooked. Complaint has been filed with the Ohio Board of Dentistry. This place is all about money and provides very poor care. The dentist I saw for his root canal was speechless, but reported she was not surprised about the experience based on experiences others have had there before leaving the practice.

Having worked in the dental field, I've had a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) for some time now due to poor experience with different dentists and orthodontists.
That being said, I love this office and the people that work here. Both locations are phenomenal. You truly feel welcomed and at home, and the assistants and doctors really take their time to make sure that they have done it right, and helped with anything you need.
I look forward to bringing my son in when the time comes because I know he will feel comfortable here!
