Fixari Family Dental

Update: Fixari called and asked how they could clear things up. They wanted to ensure I was receiving dental care that met my needs.

The front desk staff was friendly and the facility was clean but my experience with the dentists was poor. I went in for a toothache and was told nothing was wrong with my tooth and to go to an endodontist. They wrote me a referral that wasn’t open and when I went to call the referral, I couldn’t find the slip. I called Fixari to get the name of the endodontic office and was told the dentist didn’t write any notes in my file. The woman at the desk said she would contact the Dr. via email and the dentist didn’t respond until later in the week. By that time my face had ballooned with infection and I already had an appointment with another endodontist (not the referral) and I ended up needing a root canal for a tooth that ‘didn’t have anything wrong with it’. The dentist was more interested in me rating her and becoming a patient than helping me. That combined with her lack of organization leads me to not wish to return or recommend the office.

The folks here were exceptional! This began with Ms. Sarah at the front desk who sold me immediately and gave me an appointment the same day! I was a walk-in. The Fixari staff were very customer focused, gave welcome gifts, make you feel wanted and their kindness is genuine. Dr. Bobby extracted my crown and bridge in minutes. He was thorough in his communication providing treatment options and scenarios for expected outcomes and timelines. Ms. Erica (on her birthday) was the sweetest, professional, effective dental assistant. She provided hands-on care, financial options (if needed) and specific after-care provisions. I can't forget the dental technician, Ms. Kim, that took my partial dental impressions. She was caring and concise as well. This whole team was unusually outstanding! It has been a long time since I have had such a wonderful experience!!! Thank you, Fixari Family!

The place is very nice, but Dr Max did a horrible job on my teeth. I went there for a normal cleaning and Dr Max encouraged me to do feeling on my wisdom teeth bla bla bla, which I did, he did the left side and after that what ever I eat get stuck in there, he as me to come back and still couldn't do anything better is been almost four years now and when ever I eat i remember the bad job Dr Max did on me.

I found this dentist's office when I had a tooth crack while at work one day. I still drive the 30 minutes to get there because they do fantastic work and make you so comfortable. Today I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted when it started causing intense pain and limiting my jaw movement. Dr. Bobby, Erika, and Lori took great care of me! I am still amazed at how I didn't even feel the novocaine going in and the procedure itself was not uncomfortable at all! After having bad experiences as a child, I have always been hesitant with the dentist but this team makes me feel so comfortable that that fear is no longer there. This place continues to be so fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough!

The experience is like no other! I’ve been to many dentist offices but nothing like Fixari Family Dental. The scheduling process was seamless. All of the girls were amazing. The entire office is Sparkling clean. 10/10 in every category!

I had a cleaning today with Lori and she was super friendly and extremely gentle! I expressed my concerns and the sensitivity I have with my gums and she made sure I was taken care of! Dr. Nate provides great feed back and the best budget friendly treatment for me! Im excited to start my treatment with doctors and hygienist who genuinely care about my oral health!

I absolutely adore Fixari. The facility is clean and ran efficiently. The staff are so polite and cultured. It is a diverse environment, and Dr. Bobbi is amazing. His work is phenomenal and all of those on his team are well informed and knowledgeable about any inquiries you may have. I’d highly recommend.

I enjoyed my visit here. The staff and Dr. Anna were patient and listened to all my concerns about my dental issues. They went over all the dental work I needed very thoroughly and shared what the cost will be up front.

I had an amazing time at the dental office. The team handle me very very well, I didn't feel like just another number. They took great care of me. Very clean and professional. Great staff I will definitely bring my entire family.

Had to have some work done ASAP because of pain and they got me right in and taken care of. The nicest and most considerate people I’ve ever been to for a dentist office. I was extremely nervous and they took great care of me! Thank you all so much!
