Fixari Family Dental

I have gone to Fixari dental for several years.
Staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Bobbie is absolutely the greatest! He put me at ease
(As I'm always nervous going to the dentist because of a prior experience) and has taken great care of me without unnecessary procedures. Will never go to anyone else.

Disappointing as our Family's initial experiences with Fixari Dental had been very positive. I'd still have to say Dr. Bobby at the Canal practice is a great dentist he's the sole reason I've stayed on as long as I did.

But over the last year things on the administrative and hygienist side of the practice has become outright dreadful. Our family has had numerous issues across the board.

Today was the last straw for me after waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time the hygienist came in a huff as if she was doing me a favor to finally do my cleaning. Based on her body language and tone I told her don't bother.

This isn't the first time I've had an extended wait or had to deal with a rude hygienist. To be fair I believe the hygienist today was the same one who had previously given me a particularly painful cleaning in the past. Perhaps she's a bad apple, you don't have the same hygienist on a regular basis so I'm not entirely sure.

Making a switch from any medical practice is never easy and especially for our family of 6. When issues become the norm and your expectation as a customer verse a random occurrence, either you make a switch or adjust your expectations.

As I stated not all the staff is bad, but our family's experiences over the last 2 year's collectively have been extremely poor. I'd be wary if you want prompt, considerate, and professional service. If you're new to the area and looking for a practice to commit to save yourself the hassle of having to switch later things are trending bad here.

Truly a comfortable experience at the dentists office. Dr. Taylor and his team do an outstanding job making sure people feel comfortable because I’ve had some bad experiences at the dentist before but everyone here at Fixari makes you feel right at home. Special thanks to Dr. Taylor and Jake for doing my fillings! This will be my regular dentist from now on because of the great care I receive here

Great experience and very calming atmosphere. The staff was absolutely awesome, Dr. Wes, Rena, Paige and Anya-terrific team!! My first visit and I will definitely be coming back!!!

Excellent dental facility, staff are all very nice!!

I had just gotten my wisdom teeth out this morning and I was just a little nervous. Let me just say that Dr. Jensen, the oral surgeon and Yesi, his assistant are the BEST and so AMAZING! They made sure that I was comfortable. They went over every little detail with me before starting the surgery. By the time they were ready to start the procedure, I was so relaxed and knew I was in great hands with them! I love my experiences each and every time.

Absolutely awful.
It was determined I needed a root canal. The next day I called the office to schedule the work and they told me that it was going to cost $860 even though my dental insurance pays 80% for this procedure. Seems very high to me.
They then told me that if I wanted this taken care of in the next month that I would have to drive to Lewis Center to have the procedure done even though I went to the Canal Winchester office because it's close.

Why would you have someone who won't be at the office again for another month to do the procedure diagnose?

Hands down the worst place I have ever dealt with in any industry. The only thing they care about is offering incentives to get referrals.

Steer clear.

The staff and doctor at this location are absolutely the nicest and most professional team I've ever had the privilege of visiting. I don't like the dentist at all and have always had a "fear" of going but they definitely made this visit very easy and all were extremely caring and understanding of my situation. Thank you to all the staff and thank you so much doctor Bobby for everything!

I love all the personnel that works at Fixari. They are friendly and amazing. Dr Bobbi usually takes care of my smile but I also have had Dr G and she was just as amazing. Best staff and crew ever. Our family moved out of Canal Winchester to over an hour and a half away but we still drive there for all our dental needs. Thanks Fixari and all the staff for showing what real dentistry is like, we love seeing you guys.

Fixari is a very friendly, safe, and clean atmosphere. I adore Kate and Dr. Gerda! Today was our toddler’s first visit. He was very nervous but the Fixari team went above and beyond to make it fun and easy! I highly recommend Fixari in Canal Winchester.
