Fixari Family Dental

The experience itself was good. They were very kind to me. Inam on a tight budget and couldn't afford the work that needed done, at least not in their office. I needed a root canal and a crown. They referred me to a specialist for the root canal, and then come back for the crown. Even with my insurance (which they didn't tell me was out if network) it was going to be over a grand, where another place in network would di6 it for $538. I signed a permission slip to have my x-rays sent to the new dentist, and was told it would be a couple/ few weeks because they would have to get approval from the dentist. I don't understand why approval was needed, they're MY X-RAYS, and they were paid for in full! That was June 9th. It is now August 9th, and still no x-rays. They won't even return the phone calls from my dentist at this point. This is a horrible way to do business, and if it isn't resolved I will be contacting the BBB, which is unfortunate because they were really thorough. The only reason I can think of for them not sending the records is spite because I'm not going through them for the work. I have no choice but to assume because they won't return phone calls!

Very comfortable atmosphere, Dr. Maggie is awesome along with her assistant Paige, also the new girl I forgot her name, im sorry, but yeah, I would highly recommend Fixari and Dr. Maggie

Terrible experiences! Glad to be gone. Filed report with Dental Board and sent the dental office a certified letter of complaint, but the office still calls to see why I and my family will never go back. Nobody there knows what they're doing. We had what we thought was a wonderful dentist (Dr. Max), but we notice more and more work is being given to the amateurs (young clueless dental assistants) and it has taken a toll on us. Last month I went to have a temporary crown put in. The dental assistant did the filling on another tooth correctly; however, she botched the temporary crown up so badly that it necessitated the need for me to go back multiple times to have it corrected by another dentist in the practice in Dr. Max’s absence and finally Dr. Max himself. It is important to note that Dr. Max only reviewed her work on the filling, but did not review her work on the temporary crown. He had been bragging about the fact that he hardly has to check her work and that she had done a good job on the filling. The assistant put the temp crown on and did not clean all of the cement off which prevented me from flossing in between my teeth. As a result, another doctor in the practice (I believe they called him Dr. Taylor) had to use a drill to clean the area up. He asked me if Dr. Max had reviewed her work on the crown and I told him he did not. After a few days I noticed a foul stench coming from my mouth every time I flossed and terrible liquid was draining down my throat from this area causing a severe sore throat. I had to go back to Dr. Max and he removed the temp crown himself. When the crown was removed, food had become trapped underneath and had begun to rot. Dr. Max replaced it himself and no more stench was detected, and at the time the job seemed to be completed correctly. However, the second incident occurred when I had to get my permanent crown put on. Again, an assistant was used (a different assistant this time), but I noticed two things: He put on gloves to work inside my mouth, but somehow he reached underneath to adjust his chair which means (the sterile gloves are no longer sterile, and he did not change them to continue working in my mouth). Also, the appointment took much longer because this same assistant when trying to fit the permanent crown on kept dropping it in my mouth, chasing it, and putting it on and taking it off of the stump of the tooth, and after 6 or 7 times of this, the area was becoming quite sore and sensitive. Perhaps if Dr. Max had done the work himself instead of putting too much confidence in his young assistants, I could have been in and out very soon and would have been spared the trauma of what happened in my mouth.

I had an old filling that came out and it was next to my missing tooth that I now have a flipper in its place. This new missing filling made my flipper extremely loose. My regular dentist was not available for a few weeks so I called Fixari and they were able to fix it the next day! They did an amazing job in a short amount of time and short notice. Thank you!

I recommend everyone to try Fixari! They take great care of their patients. Dr. Bobby is thee best and I probably will never go anywhere else! They are kind, attentive, and get the work done!

Called was able to make an appointment next business day. Extremely friendly and gentle. Was able to take care of all my concerns same day including my TMJ treatment. I am still in shock how affordable my great care was no payment plan needed and no further appointments needed. Dr. Nate and his team were amazing both my daughters left with appointments.

I never thought I would say I loved my Dentist. Guess what I love my Dentist! Fixari is such wonderful place, the office is modern, they use modern equipment and they pride themselves in providing a gentle touch. In the past I used to have high anxiety before my dental appointments. Since going to Fixari I find myself kind of excited because I know I won’t feel pain and I get to catch up with Kandi my dental hygienist. Thanks Fixari

Easy to get appointments and procedures are quick and painless. Dr Bobby explains problems and solutions. This is almost a full service dental office. I had to go elsewhere to begin implants. Best to buy into their insurance if you don’t have your own.

The good... the dentist and hygienist. Very awesome people, treat you with respect and are thorough.

THE BAD... their billing practices and front office staff. You will constantly get one bill for device when you get something done. Later you get a second bill that says you still owe more than 2x the estimate. If you want to deal with billing issues then go visit them. Sorry Dr. Bobby but we won’t be back!

Otherwise find another dentist that can understand how to bill and provide proper estimates so you don’t overpay. When you speak to the front office about these issues they don’t really give two craps!

I went in a tremendous amount of pain. I also had alot of anxiety because I am not a fan of the dentist. They got me straight back and had me feeling better with in 30 min. Dr. Bobby made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and when he was going to do it. They made sure I was 100% relaxed before he even got near my mouth. By far the best dentist I have ever been to and I will definitely recommend them!
