I was visiting my daughter and son-in-law and had a problem with a tooth. I found FFD on the internet, called and they took me in on an emergent basis on a Saturday. They were amazing in how well they took care of me and my problem. They are all about customer care. I live in upstate NY but if I lived in Columbus they would definitely be the dental office I would go to. I highly recommend them. Dr. H was very thorough and explained all my options. I was very impressed with him, the hygienist and the receptionist. All very professional but also very personal.

Haven't went to the dentist in some time!!! Because I am so scare of the dentist!!! This dentist office is so amazing and a blessing at the same time!!! Got a root canal and barely felt a pinch!!! The staff was wonderful and my doctor and I look at the dentist in a different way now and highly recommend everyone who scare of the dentist come to Fixari family Dental!!! Best in town!!! Love and thank u and your office again!!! Definitely will be back for all my visits

I really like the friendly service that my son and I get at Fixari. It starts with the reminder calls to the warm and sincere greeting during check in to the follow up with the technician and finally with the dentist. Mark is great I always request him, his bed side manner is the best and Bea she's great as well. You are always relaxed and everything is very well explained. I would recommend Fixari to my friends and family.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Haddad and can't say enough good things about the care he and his staff have given us. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but along with the gentleness and the attention to my comfort while working in my mouth, they have heated massage dental chairs and a TV on the ceiling to watch while they are working on you! There is never any shaming from them or pressure to have work done. It had been 5 years since I had been for an exam or cleaning because I hated to go to the dentist before I found Fixari. When I told Dr. Haddad at my first appointment, he said he understood and he was going to do his best to make sure I had a different experience with them. And he did. And I have gone back!

I couldn't recommend him and those who work with him more strongly. If I ever moved out of Columbus I think I'd still drive or fly back here for my dental care.
