Fixari Family Dental

I would give this dentist office a negative if I could. Watch out - they do not put lead over you during xrays which is illegal and they also don’t ask if you a pregnant prior to doing an X-ray. Also the “free consultation with Dr. Lawerence” is NOT free. They bill your dental insurance for that. Don’t bother getting an occlusive guard or night guard here. They are made horribly and will not reimburse your insurance after it doesn’t fit properly. I have called numerous times asking to speak to the manager, Jayna. At this point I’m convinced she does not have a job at Fixari. I would highly suggest looking for another dentist and I would not consider this place for a second even if they are right around the corner from your home.

Never EVER go to this place, especially if it's an emergency!! I had an impacted/chipped wisdom tooth which was causing me constant pain that I desperately needed extracted. I made an appointment on a Saturday, thinking they were going to do the extraction same day...after taking X-rays and consulting with the dentist, he told me that they were going to have to do surgery, which would have to be scheduled. He then told me that their first available appointment with the oral surgeon would be almost a MONTH from now! They gave me an antibiotic prescription and some 600mg Ibuprofen and sent me out the door! I suffered for almost another month off and on with the pain, then the day before my appointment, I got a call, saying it would have to be rescheduled! I was also told that my insurance would NOT pay for the IV sedation, which would be $800 dollars out of pocket, and due IMMEDIATELY before the procedure!!! Finally having enough of their 3 ring circus, I searched and found an emergency dental clinic, a REAL ONE!! I walked in, they numbed my entire mouth VIA pain injections, pulled out all 4 of my wisdom teeth, SAME DAY, and sent me home, complete with antibiotics, prescription pain meds and aftercare instructions!! The best part....my insurance covered EVERYTHING, with ZERO out of pocket cost! With the amount of money Fixari charges for their procedures, and given the fact that they're listed with Google as an "emergency" facility, I would assume they would have something similar in place. I also need some cosmetic dentistry done, and was looking at Fixari as a possible option, but sorry, after this nightmare of an experience...I think I'll look elsewhere.

Dr Gu was AMAZING! Gentle and funny! I love coming to Fixari-they ALWAYS take care of me. I also LOVE Dr. Craig. My favorite dentist-Wouldn't trade him or Katie for the world.....

I love my dentist Nate! I also love the rest of the staff there. From the receptionist to the assistants. Even the guy who handles the billing is nice. I tried referring my friend but she was already a client! LOL

I have been going to FIXARI for years, for my dental work. My Children, & Grandchildren have been there as well.
It’s a “Happy” place. It doesn’t matter what dental technician Cleaned my teeth, or what Doctor examed and did work on my Mouth. I’m always happy with the end results.
So, Basically ~ from Dental Cleanings, to Putting in Crowns, to having a Tooth Inplant done. I’ve “never” had any problems, after the work has been completed.
AND They are the ONLY DENTIST THAT I KNOW OF ~ That Serves “Warm” Cookies & coffee or water.
I would highly recommend FIXARI Family Dental to anyone!

I have been a patient of Fixari for over 15 years. Dr. Mark is a awesome doctor, he is so kind and gentle. I was a patient of Dr. Rhonda before she left to start he practice, She is a little angel. All of the hygienist are really great. The ladies in the billing office are RUDE and MEAN. Because of the bad experience I have had with the billing office I will no longer be a patient of this Fixari. I am in the process of finding a new dental office . I am heart broken.

Love the staff. Wonderful patient care. I take my whole family there and even my kids feel comfortable and we have never had any bad things to say about them. Definitely recommend

Rini was very gentle and good with cleaning my teeth and and I was impressed with Dr. Chaney who replaced a front filling and worked to make my partials more comfortable.

I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.... MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BE CHARGED UP-FRONT! Fixari told me what it cost for the work I was having done based on my insurance and I set up a payment plan. When I called to make a payment, the person told me I owed over $900 more than they originally told me. I complained and said how can I owe so much more? They told me the original amount I was told was just an estimate.... I will not be returning because I can't afford another "estimate" almost $1000 off. They're definitely bad at estimating or understanding what your insurance covers.

The day after Christmas, of 2018, I had a tooth that was really bothering me. I needed relief right away, fixari family dental located off Kimberly parkway was able to fit me in, and take care of my tooth pain. I highly recommend this dentist, for they are prompt, clean and extremely friendly.
