Your prices are outrageous even with insurance. No one can seem to bill correctly. One person tells me my balance is $65, and another one tells me it's $118. One person tells me night mouth guards are $600 and when I go to start making payments they tell me it's $800. I don't like used car salesmen and I felt like that's what the business office at Fixari is like. I will miss the dentist, but it's not worth the outrageous prices and messy bills.
