This is not a review, but rather a reaction to a review by Millicent Duke. I saw it because I am currently having trouble and was looking at Fixari, which, until I read her review, I thought sounded like an excellent practice. In this case, I find allowing a patient to go on with a confirmed infection is reprehensible. I say, "in this case" because she obviously had insurance, which was obviously in date. All she really needed at the time were a couple of scripts. If for whatever reason her insurance could not be run on Saturday (obviously not a problem elsewhere) it could have been done Monday and her billing address would have been already on file. This is truly a yellow flag at least.

Dr. Jensen is amazing! He handled my major dental anxiety like a champ, always made sure I was comfortable and never made me feel like a bother for being scared. The assistant made a snarky comment when I asked for nitrous to have a dry socket cleaned out but Dr. Jensen didn’t hesitate and it helped me a lot.

ok long and short of it, been fighting with them for years about billing that is now in collections. they say that i own them for several teeth extractions and a set dentures. funny the only thing i had done was a root canal maybe one tooth extractions that should have been covered and paid for by my insurance. i dont know what they are trying to pull but i am done with the lies and want this off my credit report. i guess the last draw for me to do is to start talking to a lawyer to get this resolved.

This is one of the worst dental facilities I've ever been to. My parents took me here as a child, and I've had nothing but horrible experience after experience. They often "lost" money that was prepaid to me account or would unnecessarily complicate insurance billing to make me pay them more out of pocket. They also cut the insides of my cheeks with scissors before administering Novocaine which made NO sense at all. After switching to a credible dental office as an adult, my stories of this place have horrified other sensible dentists. If I would have known my rights ahead of time, I would have sued this office for malpractice. Clearly their staff had no idea what they were doing. Ive come in contact with many others who have bad stories of their own about this place. BEWARE!!

I am so disappointed I picked to come here for My ortho experience I even recommend it you guys to my family & friends Who currently come here due to it, I was given a payment plan of over 5,000+ that I been paying for over a year now . Before I even started this they knew I had baby teeth that will need to be extracted now I’m being told I need to pay $1312.00 to get this done I feel blindsided and frustrated by this because it’s not fair to give me a treatment plan knowing this was something you guys will eventually need to do .why was this not included in my plan ? I wish I can just cancel everything and go somewhere else. Integrity is very important this whole situation was done with 0 integrity. This is $1312 I didn’t plan for and that I would have to pay all up front to move forward with my Treatment plan. Very disappointed and frustrated!

What amazing service! I had pain in my wisdom tooth. I called at 4pm and by 9am the next morning I had no pain. DONE. Dr. Bob was fantastic. I couldn't recommend this dentist enough. They really care about your well being and have very high standards.
