Fixari Family Dental

I have been going to doctor fixari for 25 maybe plus years and I have never had such a bad experience! Very very disappointed And ashamed.

You make sure you tell doctor mark that I said take care of himself and his family and it's nothing personal for sure towards him.

I was scheduled for a cleaning and needed to make an additional appt afterwards. I was in the dental chair for 1 hour 45 mins. I was told someone would be in to go over my acct with me, but that seemed to just be dragging on. The only reason it was not longer was because I got up and approached the desk to see what was taking so long after already being cleaned and reviewed by the dentist. The recurring problem I believe that I have continuously experienced at Fixari is their lack of an adequate process for discharging patients. My additional appt required an insurance check to see what was covered under my plan and this is why I was left waiting in the dental chair, however no one ever came or gave me an inclination that my account was being reviewed. My suggestion to Fixari would be to invite the patient back while their acct is being reviewed so they at least feel as though something is being done on their behalf. When I approached the desk, the lady checked insurance, issued payment info & set a new appt all within the span of around 5 minutes. My whole family was treated by this practice, but my husband left a few years ago for this reason and I hung on because Fixari staff has always been so kind. However, I am at a point where I feel that my time is more important. While this has not always been my experience, I left today feeling very agitated that my time was wasted.

All of the years that I have driven past Fixari but never went in, what a mistake! This is such a pleasant dental office! Everyone from the receptionist to the Dental Hygenist to the Dentist was so kind and welcoming. Best coffee I've had in a while too and the cookie was scrumptous. I think I've found my Dental group for a while!

Dr. Nathaniel Frye is a OUTSTANDING Dr. He answered all my questions and was straight to the point. Very professional, nice, and the Dr to ask for when visiting Fixari. This is the best experience that I've had at the dentist. Once again thanks Dr. Nath. 👍👍👍

I had such a great experience with Dr. Leghuel considering what I had to have done. I am very apprehensive when it comes to dentists, but he was very kind and gentle with me. I will be coming here to finish the work I need done. I am very confident with him. Again, Thank you Dr. Leghuel!

Recently have changed dentist after being a patient as a kid. Needed my wisdom teeth pulled due to extreme headaches caused by an impacted tooth got an appointment for Dec.7th (this was scheduled almost 2 weeks in advance to Dec.7th) they called me THAT DAY 2 hours before my appointment to tell me it was a mistake and I needed to have it cancelled and reschedule another one. Their next avaliable day wasnt 'til the middle of January. They proceeded to tell me they didnt catch the mistake 'til that day. I asked if it was an opening in Canal cause I would just go there then. Nope. How do you book someone for an appointment for a day that the Dental surgeon isnt even there? Very unorganized. Not the first time I've had scheduling problems with them but definitely the most inconvient one. Thinking their patient number is growing but they can't staff for the growing number of patients. Was once a wonderful dentist office. As I will miss my hygienist I had to find another dentist and their prices are absolutely outrageous!

Wish i could give zero stars. I went here once as a child and thank goodness my parents were smart enough to get a second opinion. I wouldn't even write this now if it wasn't for seeing other similar stories. They didn't even take x-rays on me at the time, they took some wand thing and determined I had five cavities. This is unusual for me. I have 3 in my whole mouth and had zero til age 17.. Im 30 now.. so...

My dad took me for a second opinion in which they took x-rays and confirmed I didn't have any new cavities at all and whatever Fixari was planning to drill into, was in fact, good teeth.

NEVER EVER EVER take your kids here. I don't know if they're better on adults, but I would bet not.

I came in on an emergency basis and was treated like a long lost friend. I know that businesses have to have good customer service but this felt so genuine. I would recommend Fixari Family Dental to anyone! Love you guys!
