It’s scary going to the dentist after 6yrs of not going. And knowing full and well I had a mouthful of problems and no insurance didn’t make the visit any easier. But my tech Kim and Dr Jones not only took care of me but kept me from completely falling apart and having an anxiety attack while there. They were understanding and most of all not judgmental of my situation which made all the difference in the world. I’ve been going to this office since I was 5 and now my teenage kids go here and we love it!!!

As always Annie was great with my cleaning. Always concerned that all is well. Also had my Crown seated. Autumn was great with the Crown. Saw Dr Stevens for both. He always is happy and asks about the family. Have seen Dr Stevens since he started at the practice.

I have been going to this dental office since I as a kid, and have never had a bad experience. It is typically a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Last week my daughter had an issue with one of the dental hygienists being rude. He was struggling to floss around her braces and would stab her on accident multiple times with the plastic pic being used to thread between her braces. She tried multiple times to raise her hands to help him and in a very rude way he would tell her to keep her hands down. She informed him she was trying to help because he was hurting her and he continued to approach it in a not so friendly way. Like I said we have never had a bad experience, and maybe that day was just a bad day for him and I get that too, we all have bad days, but it was upsetting to me for my daughter to come to me and tell me how rude she felt this person was.

I have been gone to Excellence in Dentistry for years. ALL of my appointments have gone really well. I have mostly dealt with Doctors Bentley and Stephens however have seen all 4 doctors. They have always been professional and thoughtful of their care! I would recommend excellence in dentistry to everyone and anyone!

I dreaded going to the dentist until I found Excellence in Dentistry. Appts run very close to time scheduled. Reminder notices/phone calls are very beneficial and appreciated. Dr Jones is professional, kind, gentle and caring with #1 concern being your dental health and comfort. My hygienist, Abby, is also very professional and knowledgeable. I can ask questions of either and they take great care with explanations to ensure I understand. The office support staff work closely with you for appt scheduling and payment plans. Service is A-1 priority and top quality. I recommend this office to anyone in need of excellent dental care.

I have been going to Excellence in Dentistry now for one year. The staff is fantastic, and Mark is an excellent (no pun intended) Dentist. My wife and I have both had very positive experiences here. When we moved to Troy, Excellence in Dentistry was the most suggested office by our new neighbors. Some Dentist offices make you feel as though you cannot trust them, that they just fill our teeth unnecessarily. The transparency at this office is outstanding. Everything is explained to you prior to any work being done. I've listened to all the advice, and I left my last visit with no recommendations. I actively recommend this place to all my friends and family. My in-laws from Sidney are even planning to start coming here due to my wife and I's high praises.

Brandi was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth my first visit and Autumn took the molds of my teeth on my second visit. Both of them were exceptionally nice as well as fast!
