I have been going to EID for over a decade now, and I would recommend them highly. It is not just the skill and caring of the dentists, but it is their entire system that makes them outstanding. From the moment that the hygienist walks you back to the exam room and takes your history to the moment she walks you back to schedule Your follow-up appointments, you will see that the entire team is highly trained and empowered.
My most recent visit was scheduled on very short notice because of acute pain in between biannual check-ups. Once again, they took good care of me.
Just for the record, I have no financial interest in Excellence in Dentristry, and none of my relatives work there.

I was referred to Dr. Bently by a specialist and Excellence in Dentistry's I went to my appointment and was told Dr. Bentley wasnt available. I asked why no one called me to reschedule they said I could now if I wanted to while I'm already there. There was a reason why I was referred to Dr. Bently but no one seemed to care. Since this happened, I have asked them multiple times to take me off of their mailing list, text messages, phone calls, reminders for appointments I never scheduled.. I'm still being contacted after several years. Please stop and take me off your list.

Liz was the dental assistant during temporary crown work that I recently had done. She was outstanding. Dr. Stevens was as professional and courteous as always. The appointment was on time and everyone made you feel important. I am a 20 year patient and don’t plan to change.

Had a bone graft done 18 months ago. Paid out of pocket, waited 6 months for the bone to grow. Dr. Bentley highly offended me (unrelated to this claim, punched me in the arm when I had dry socket and it made me cry) so I switched doctors. My new implant specialist tells me that the bone graft was never big enough, and I have to have procedure redone.
Dr. Bentley then tells me (speaking through a secretary who left to speak with him) that it is just the risk you take. I was told that even though the procedure wasn't done properly they would not fix it and I would have to pay to have to done again. They suggested that maybe since it had been 18 months, rather than six (due to Covid rescheduling everything was full), the bone may have shrunk. I have consulted two other specialist who say that isn't the case and you'll only see that type of shrinkage over a decade. Dr. Bentley never told me at the time of the procedure that if I waited longer than the required 6 months the surgery would be invalid, as this is likely not the case, bc it isn't true with implants/bone grafts.
