This practice very graciously made an appointment possible to reattach a crown when I was never seen before at this practice. We moved to Troy in October from Florida and had not yet looked into a dental practice. An emergency did hasten our checking into finding a dentist and we were so pleased with this practice. The office is very relaxing and friendly. I was treated as if I was a valuable, longtime patient. I really like the way they are upfront and confidential with the information that they need to share with the patient. It was a wonderful “find” in Troy.

My appointment went well today. The office felt a bit chilly. The hygenist asked me if I would like a blanket. I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and their attempts to make my visit as comfortable as possible. I sat in the heated massage chair with a blanket and watched tv during my cleaning. Everyone was very nice from the time I came through the door until I left. I also enjoy the snack offered at check out. The cookies are delicious!
