I have had a massive fear and discomfort and going to the dentist ever since I've been a little girl. At EID, I generally meet with Annie and Dr. Stevens. Today I had to meet with a new hygienist, Brandi. I was so nervous and I can't even begin to tell you how comfortable and at ease she made me feel. The staff is phenomenal and they always make me feel at ease and will readily acknowledge my hesitations without making me feel belittled. I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for their kindness, gentleness and caring.

At my cleaning 6 months ago, I was having serious gum issues and Heather, my hygienist, and Dr. Jones came up with a plan to try. They were both so gentle and understanding. I went back for my 6 month cleaning, today. It was an amazing experience. Heather and Dr. Jones are a great team for my mouth that needs a gentle touch. PS. The plan for my gums has worked great!

Dr. Stevens is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and is great at making sure you know what is going on and your options. Obviously he is a wonderful dentist but he also really cares about his patients and makes sure the treatment is best for them.

This is the best dental practice that I've ever visited, hands down. The office is clean, well-lit, and comfortable. There is coffee, tea, and water available in the waiting area so that you can have your morning coffee or tea while you wait for your appointment (but wait times are never long).
Staff here are very friendly and personable.
On my very first visit, I was given a "tour" of the facility. Everyone made me feel comfortable. During my appointment, I met with Dr. Stevens for an oral evaluation, x-rays, and to have a care plan written up. Dr. Stevens and his assistant were incredible. They were both very gentle and kind.
Their finance lady, Tammy, was very professional and she explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had regarding costs, insurance, and my care plan.
I went back a few weeks later for an extraction (the first order of business on my care plan). Dr. Stevens gave the local anesthetic and I experienced very little discomfort. During the extraction, I experienced no pain and he explained everything that he was doing as he went along.
Excellence in Dentistry is not in my insurance network, so I went to an in-network office to compare prices. I ended up returning to Excellence in Dentistry because their level of care is SO much better. I mean, they even offer you a cookie or an apple before you leave!

As always a great experience at excellence 9 years and running. This has become a trip that I enjoy the staff is wonderful. Greeted when you come in and short waits in the lobby. This business is well in order as you are not sent to the front for checkout to stand for hours but coordinated from your hygienist in the back so they are ready for u when you get there. Dr. B is great tells you exactly how it is but always makes you feel right at home.

I took my 4 year old twins in for a cleaning today and they were wonderful! They were so patient and did a great job with them! The kids were actually asking when they could come back! Super impressed!
Updated 6/29/20: Went with my 3 girls today (ages 7, 5, & 5). They were so great with them! They all left with smiles on their faces! So happy to have them as our family dentist!
