My Hygienist Heather was absolutely amazing and she was funny polite very thorough and I love my dentist she’s fantastic and always very very friendly as well

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience as new patients. They were friendly, kind, and gentle. I had to return for two fillings and they took their time and made it as painless as possible. The doctor even called me herself to check on me the next day! They are incredibly skilled and have reasonable costs. We are happy to have officially found our home dentist now!

I had a great experience, but what I loved most was how wonderful they were with my young son. Every person there stopped and talked with him. They made him feel seen/heard and happy to be there. He loves the dentist, and not every place takes such care to give kids a wonderful experience! Employees stopped to play with him in the play area, they spoke to him about everything during his appointment. Can’t say enough positive things!

Gentle is an understatement. I was asked consistently what my sensitivity level was (and re-anesthetized as needed), given countdowns to when I would be able to swallow, and they checked in with me very frequently to ensure I was doing well. The dentist and assistant communicated clearly, constantly, intelligently, and respectfully— they were a fantastic team. I was late and they still fit everything in (3 fillings, crown prep, and a temp crown) in less than two hours. Then they went above and beyond with their "home prep" for recommendations, tips, and specific guidance until I'm able to get back into the office.
My wife recommended them, and I couldn't agree more. 10 out of 10, would get dental work here again.
Edit: Side note, they quoted my work out when scheduling my next appointment after my cleaning. One week later I received an explanation of benefits in the mail and the total was, in fact, less than initially quoted. The reminders were nice, too. Not a single negative thing about this establishment. I even tried finagling my scheduling to ensure I could afford everything and the receptionist was sweet, helpful, and ran the hypotheticals for me to see price breakdowns as we tried to formulate a new plan. Their original one ended up being the best option, after all.

Edit2: I just had a great follow up. The communication is still top notch and comforting. I had an issue from the last visit (some pain) and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Seriously a great price.

The Gentle Dentist group is that and much more! Dr. Dexter and Tasha were so nice, and good listeners to my fears. My cleaning was thorough and gentle. The office staff took their time with me to explain my insurance. No qualms about continuing with this practice!
