The staff at The Gentle Dentist are all very comforting and helpful. My only regret is that they don’t participate in the Care Credit payment program. With as much work as I’ve had done, it would have been financially helpful.

Yet another fabulous visit to the Gentle Dentist yesterday.
I feel sad for people who say that they hate going to the dentist. They wouldn’t feel that way if they went to visit Dr Baker and the fine staff that she and the Coulmans have put together.
I always leave there feeling like I am absolutely their favorite patient. They deserve ten stars!

Very kind AND gentle staff. I had to get a tooth extraction and boy was I definitely scared. But, they addressed all my concerns and tears. The entire process was done in 25min. Will get other oral work done at The Gentle Dentist.

Love this dentist! I travel a lot and have been to many dentist offices. This place is by far my favorite. Everyone if very kind, thorough, thoughtful, and clean. I’ve recommended to all of my coworkers!

Huge waste of time. If I had known they weren't going to do anything about my broken tooth, I would have gone elsewhere.
I made an appointment to get my tooth fixed. All they did was look at it, take some exrays, bill my insurance and send me on my way.
Twice I asked what can be done now. Twice I was told they could put a filling in. I was confused when she took the bib off, but that was all cleared up when the billing girl told me no work was getting done today. I wish they would have told me no work would get done same day when I made the appointment. I need my tooth fixed, not looked at.
I'm left feeling like it was just a sham to bill my insurance for essentially nothing.Because that's really what they did! Nothing! I have to go get some temp filling at the store and go another week before I can get in somewhere else to actually get work done 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

You need to make it clear to your patients that you won't be doing work when they make their appointments.
Fifty minutes round trip for nothing. All for nothing. Yeah you're nice but that doesn't make up for my time completely wasted. Thanks again, for nothing.

I had a significant emergency dental problem this morning. Being a Friday I was worried that I would have to wait until Monday to get treatment. I called The Gentle Dentist at 11 AM and they had me in by 1 PM. The problem is fixed on a permanent basis, and I was out the door within 90 minutes. I’ve gone there for the last 15 years and will never go anywhere else!

Been going to The Gentle Dentist for years! Dr. Nash is the best! He cleans my teeth from start to finish with NO Pain.
