Heather was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing each step. She made you feel relaxed, which is hard to do at the dentist office. The doctor that saw me was very kind. Went over everything as well as answered all my questions. I would and have recommend The Gentle Dentist to everyone.

The dental assistants and hygienists are all great.
Front desk staff is top notch. I have never waited one minute later than my scheduled time. Friendly and helpful. Been a patient here since 1994. I have 10 family members who go here as well. Never an issue.

I needed an immediate appointment for a preoperative exam. They scheduled me immediately and did a comprehensive exam with the most professional and friendly service that I have come to expect from this office. I would and do highly recommend any and everyone to make this office and staff their dentist!

I have very sensitive teeth/gums, so I used to dread the dentist—but The Gentle Dentist has turned that around! Dr. Cronin has a great bedside manner, works efficiently and very little pinching/poking.
I had heard through a friend that The Gentle Dentist offers nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for root canals and such. I gather that I’m one of very few patients who request it for routine tooth cleaning, but it’s a relatively small upcharge for me to NOT dread the dentist!
I went from not going to the dentist for 5+ years (despite having insurance, so it wasn’t an expense issue) to gladly coming back every 6 months. Turns out the cleanings are shorter and easier when you keep up with your teeth, and I really appreciate that they didn’t shame me when I came in the first time.
They also made me some custom trays for teeth whitening, specific to my teeth and gums. The over-the-counter kits are the wrong shape for my teeth, or they make my teeth so sensitive that I can’t stand it. The Gentle Dentist’s custom trays, paired with gel that I keep in the fridge and can use as little as every few days/every week/once a month, allows me to decide how much tooth sensitivity I want to deal with in exchange for the whitening.
Super happy with this practice, and I use them now for my entire family. I recommend them to everyone I know.

5 stars is not enough!!
I had a serious fear of the dentist and avoided going for years. After several recommendations to give this practice a try and a broken molar tooth that gave me terrible pain, I finally decided it was time. The gal that answered my call was very nice and reassuring. Dr. Gall had an open appointment for the same day so I scheduled to see him. The front desk staff ladies were so warm amd friendly when I nervously walked in.
Dr. Gall was kind, understanding, and compassionate as I told him of my anxieties and fears. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. We made a plan to treat the immediate concern and move forward as I was comfortable. I have been back regularly to fix some issues and had my first cleaning in about 10 years.
Dr. Gall and Alaina have been the best team. I've been a patient for 3 major appointments and they always make sure I am comfortable! I can not rave about them enough. They genuinely care!

They listen to your concerns and talk with you about your options. They make you feel comfortable as they work and also make you feel a part of the family.
