I came here on 1/4/2019 with my wife and 4-year-old son to do a routine dental check up and teeth cleaning. This my son's first time to the dentist since he was a small infant, and so he was a bit apprehensive. But he had a fantastic experience because his hygienist Lisa was SO amazing!! She was super warm and caring, and explained everything in a way that was fun and easily understandable for my son, throughout the whole process. I couldn't have imagined a better person to be my son's first memorable experience at the dental office. My son's dentist, Dr. Dexter, was similarly kind, and gave lots of helpful tips for caring for my son's oral hygiene.
My own appointment was stellar too. My hygienist Mike was obviously very skilled and also took the time to explain everything for me and answered all of my questions; my dentist Dr. Gall also provided very helpful advice with respect to my treatment plan. Nothing hurt, everything was comfortable, everybody we met was super friendly and nice, and the "welcome gift" of an electric toothbrush set was a very pleasant surprise!
My family is moving away from Ohio soon, and The Gentle Dentist is among one of the things I REALLY wish we could take with us!!

If you to or need to see a dentist, the Gentle Dentist in Worthington is the place to go. Everyone there is very friendly.
I went back for my second visit today and I wasn’t there to e a tooth pulled, but they took there time and pulled my teeth for me anyway. They knew I was having trouble sleeping and hurting pretty bad. Thank you Dr Taylor.
They know what they are doing and They are very punctual.

Dr Cronin and Rachel were so wonderful! They were not only gentle but warm and friendly. For years I have talked to dentists about my night grinding and inability to retain guards. My grinding is starting to impact my dental health in ways that I’m desperate for a solution. Dr Cronin was the first one to LISTEN to my observations about why I struggle and what I thought might work. It was lovely to not be dismissed and to have A conversation with her about the pros and cons of what I felt might be best. She is truly a gem and it is evident that she genuinely cares about her patients!

I was nervous about going to the dentist during the pandemic, but The Gentle Dentist implemented a lot of precautions. I felt comfortable there. I’ve seen Drs. Taylor and Fox. Both were thorough and personable. The dentists even follow up with a phone call if you have questions. I opted out of my employer’s dental insurance so that I could continue to go here. I’ve been beyond satisfied with the care I’ve received—— and I’m VERY particular when it comes to my teeth. I’m impressed.

I love The Gentle Dentist! (And I mean... who ever loves the dentist!?) When you arrive for your scheduled appointment you never wait more than a few minutes. The service is a quick and painless as possible. The entire staff from the front desk folks to the dentists are friendly and listen to you. I recommend this dental office to everyone. We live about 35 minutes away from the office, but it’s absolutely worth the drive!
