The Gentle Dentist

First off let me start by saying that I am one of those folks that is terrified to go to any dentist. I went to The Gentle Dentist today for a consultation and I was so freaked out (even knowing that they were not going to do anything for this appointment) but they made me feel like everything was going to be okay. They were so understanding, caring and kind to me. It turned out to be a really great appointment and I’m so happy that I went there! I will definitely go back there and I highly recommend The Gentle Dentist to everyone!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the friendly service, even though I am not a regular patient with them, they were able to help me fix 2 of my teeth on 2 separate occasions. Thank you Andy Rank a wonderful member of the team who got my appointments for me and made sure I was taken care of. Also they sent me an email telling me happy birthday with a youtube link of them all jumping up saying happy birthday. It was so wonderful to see they went above and beyond to make their patients, feel so welcome and cared for. Thank you The Gentle Dentist!!!

I am a new patient, in a lot of pain. They got me in the very next morning and are working with me to get a proper diagnosis. They really listened to my issues and offered suggestions until I get in to see a specialist. I felt like I was in good hands.

The Gentle Dentist is extremely accommodating. They make appointments quick and painless from both an administrative standpoint and actual dentistry. I wish all of my family’s health-related appointments went the way they do here! Couldn’t be better. Thanks!

Without a doubt the best dentist I've ever been to. Always so friendly organized and informative. I've never liked going to the dentist but The Gentle Dentist team makes it comfortable and as worry free as possible. They really do care about their customers. Highly, HIghly, recommend.

As always, the service was exceptional: very friendly reception, almost no wait time, competent and pleasant dentists and hygienists. The best dental office I have ever visited.

There was a clear lack of communication. I travel for work and made it clear that I needed to take care of having a crown done and a filling placed on a tooth that butted up to that tooth. I was shopping around to try to have as much of it done as possible in as few visits as possible due to my work schedule. During my first appointment where they built up the tooth and scanned me for my crown it was again discussed about filling that cavity on the tooth that butted up to it before placing the crown. Two weeks later my crown came in and I went to my appointment to have the filling done and crown cemented in. I was escorted up promptly and they began fitting my crown to make sure all was well. I asked about the filling and was told it was not scheduled as part of the treatment plan. I explained what was discussed before and all they could provide is that they didn’t understand why it wasn’t scheduled and that I’d have to schedule a routine cleaning and full work up to develop a full treatment plan after making it clear that with my schedule I was not going to remain in the area long enough and needed to address these two issues before moving along and resuming care back home. All they care about is being able to bill for more services. Highly disappointed and would not return even if I was staying in this area.

I love this dentist office! They run like a well-oiled machine. Everything is on time and you never have to wait for to be seen when you get to the office. The staff is super friendly and super helpful. I've been seeing Dr. Nash for some years now and he is my favorite person ever! He's so kind and caring and does wonderful work on my teeth. Even though this practice is not in-network for my insurance and I pay a bit more, I'll never go anywhere else. It's so worth it and I tell everyone about them.

Always great customer service I never just feel like I am just another patient the dental technicians and the dentist are top-notch I drive a little bit of a distance to get there but it's worth it keep up the good work!

This is the first time Ive given a Google review but I feel it important to let others know what an absolutely different and great experience it can be going to the right dentist office!

They are amazing at the Gentle Dentist and I have been there numerous times now.

I have always had a semi phobia of the dentist after a bad childhood experience, so much so that I would fly to Atlanta to go to one of my old dentist offices from back when I lived there as it was one of the only places I felt comfortable. However several years ago I discovered the Gentle Dentist in Worthington, just around the corner, and they have been amazing! Kelly was my technician and she was incredible and very sensitive and understanding as to having some anxiety around it initially (as silly as it must seem which in the past has been embarrassing). She made me feel comfortable the entire time, made it painless, and did a great job. (For someone with anxiety when going to the dentist, they also have Nitrous which can really make it a relaxing experience.)

I have also been seen by two of the dentists there, and they demonstrated the very highest level of customer service I have seen, and were very knowledgeable and skilled. I would highly recommend Kelly and the office of The Gentle Dentist to anyone who might be looking for a dental office that cares and does a great job!
