I've seen multiple dentists at this establishment but my latest is by far the worst. Dr. Johnson the normal dentist had been visiting her mother, thus a replacement was needed. In comes Dr. Osborne. I saw her twice and the second time I was left unattended with dental equipment in my mouth lodged uncomfortably between my teeth for 35 minutes. I expressed my displease to her and in response I got a needle of more anesthesia that I didn't even ask for, leading to an extremely long numb after period. Just pick another dentist, or wait awhile for any other dentist to start working here.

Not wanting to be ugly, but go somewhere else. Without posting all the details I will just say that overall they were inefficient and would have sent me to have a root canal and crown that would not have solved my issue. I know they are trying to run a business that serves its clients and makes a profit. I don't know about the profitability part. I do know that in my case serving the client pretty much failed. On the positive side, there were one or two employees that did their job well.

I feel like my teeth were not thoroughly cleaned. Teeth were half-way flossed when dentist came over to do her exam, and flossing was never completed. Late getting into my appointment time. You are not asked if you want a fluoride treatment and be charged an extra $20 for it because most insurance does not cover that as part of your cleaning. They should at least let you know up front what the fluoride treatment costs and whether or not you want it or not.

Came in to have a crown put back on that came off. They were a little short staffed so I understood the wait. They took 18 x-rays then had me wait an additional 30-40 minutes next to a tweaker who was rummaging through all the drawers and cabinets with a partial wall between us. When they did the examination they barely acknowledged the crown and started poking around on my other teeth that had fillings saying I had cavities that needed to be taken care of and they would do that then made two attempts to put the crown on it wouldn't fit had me try laughed then told me I would need a new one and the cost/payment plan all that stuff and were kinda pushy for a decision. I felt the whole experience was very unprofessional and unsafe I would not reccomend.
