I am done going here as of today. I scheduled an appointment months in advance, then called to confirm my appointment last week and I show up to hear my appointment was cancelled without confirmation. Ive had pain on the left side of my mouth from the last time I was here over 6 months ago and they have still not taken care of it. I live in another state now and came down after calling a week ago to have some cavities filled. They cancelled my appointment without calling my phone number and basically told me it was my fault I didn’t confirm it? Bruh I never cancelled it that’s ridiculous!!!! Terrible terrible terrible

I have severe anxiety with Dental offices. Dr. Osbourne and her crew put me at complete ease. Have been there for cleaning several extraction. I cannot praise them enough. My children also use her and LOVE her.

The staff is great and the dentist is kind and caring and does a great job. Today my tooth just wouldnt numb right but she got it out with minimal pain . Very pleased with the expierence and care given during my appointment ( and my last one a couple weeks ago as well) I will be setting up another appointment in a month or so to get the rest out . I will be recommending My Dentist to anyone I find looking for a dentist.

They did a great job on my temporary unfortunately my permanent was way long and made contact with my bottom teeth. To compensate for this they grinded down my bottom teeth but that is proof that the permanent tooth did not fit because the temporary did not make contact so now I have a horse tooth. It will be fine as long as I can keep my mouth shut and not smile.

I have had a few bad experiences with a few Dentist's in the past. I was literally shaking, tensed up, & nervous. Today was the 2nd time I've been here. They were very kind, understanding, patient, & as gentle as possible. I was told that anything other than pressure to let them know. They wouldn't hesitate to add more numbing shots. I highly recommend them.

I received excellent care and proffesiona l services from the dental hygienist, (Casey) as well as the Dentist who completed a small filling. All of the receptionist, dental assistants and office staff were very nice and highly proficient in assisting me.

I have not personally been to this office but was calling trying to get an estimate for a tooth to be pulled. My brother in law is in a rehab over there (i love 2.5 hours away) and needed to get in somewhere. They were not friendly and would not quote anything over the phone. So resulting in no anwers. i understand not being able to quote if insurance is involved but cash paying should be able to give a window amount.
