My Dentist

Took my one year old daughter here for her first ever oral exam. The nurse and the doctor were so incredibly nice. They worked quickly but made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout all of it. Offered me, a first time mom, loads of advice about how to help my daughter keep her teeth in good shape. Very happy with this visit and I will be bringing her back to the same people every time.

Once me and my daughter got in they were really nice. But, she didn't have a mask, so we had to wait outside. After we were done we had to go out of the lobby. Other than that, the your visit was excellent.

The staff was caring and the dentist was so gentle and kind!!! Definitely will be seeing them again soon! 💜💜💜

1.they called me about scheduling a cleaning
2.I rescheduled for a later date because of a cold
3.I go about a week later and was told I needed to call before coming in the lobby. They could have said something about that it the 6 text messages they sent reminding me about my appointment. Instead they expect you to walk up to the door and stand in the cold weather to read a sign on the front door. Not that hard but irritating that it takes an entire paragraph for them to say (do not enter. Call this number if you are for an appointment) not gonna stand there and read a book in the cold.
4. I was told so we are doing these fillings today and given the amount I needed to pay and thank god I have savings since it was supposed to be a cleaning only. She didn't remember anything thing about what we had talked about on the phone when scheduling the appointment. Should had made notes in my file at least.
5. I gave in just to get it over with, the dentist did his job
6. The assistant and receptionist only got on my nerves from there to the point that I (probably the most passive person in the world)told them to give me the paper to sign for next time even though it may be wrong just so I could leave.

I need to find a different dentist in my area that takes my insurance because this is the worst dentist office I've been to. Dentist is fine but he definitely needs better helpers that know and can communicate/take better notes or at least get the appointments right.

Everyone in this office was very professional and friendly. My dentist was very informative and calming of my anxieties. I was extremely grateful for everyone's expertise and attentive demeanor. Horrible business practice. If you have the rule in place that the appointment has to be confirmed a second time prior to the scheduled appointment then you should inform customers of that rule when they schedule the appointment with you. I made an appointment for my daughter and was never informed of the rule so after having transportation all arranged they cancelled the appointment. Crazy thing is that I had confirmed it through text message but they said they never received my text even though it shows on my end it went through. The lady I spoke with about this was worse then unfriendly and down right hateful. I wouldn’t even take my dog let alone my kids to this dentist!!!

Had a broken filling and they were able to work me and get it fixed.

I will never go back to this dentist and willNEVER recommend them. I had several appointments over the course of 6 to 8 mos. One of my visits none of the doctors were there only one of their four doctors were there they're hygienists are constantly also having to be receptionist because none of the receptionist are ever there I don't know what goes on with this place but I had to wait 3 hours for a doctor to finally come see me and I got numbed and they were supposed to come back and by the time they got back they had to numb me again and tried to come and numb me a third time because there was one dentist for everybody in there in the office was busy I was put in unnecessary pain and had no work done on me that day and also my visits are constantly rescheduled and then told to me last second I couldn't get a hold of their office one day because none of their people were picking up and I had to cancel an appointment the people themselves are friendly but their system is just not the best and my teeth hurt I don't know why but they hurt so much worse than if I would have just seen a different dentist and to cancel my appointment one day bei had to call their Ardmore location. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME. I ONLY PUT IN TIME AND IN SIX MOS HAD ONE TOOTH FIXED
