Appt confirmation system stinks. If they don't receive your text reply they cancel your appt so you better call and confirm the day of. Very poor customer service. Super disappointed because I really liked Dr. Johnson and my hygienist.

If you need a tooth pulled find another place. Emergency is not in their vocabulary. I scheduled an emergency appointment for a bad tooth that is causing pain and I get the whole run around. I wasn’t there for a check up or cancer screening. I was 200 in already just so they could tell me how much it was going to be just to pull the tooth. Another2-3. AND they might not have been able to pull the emergency tooth that day.
