Terrible customer service. Made a down payment and they refused to give the money back when we decided to go elsewhere
**edit** I called the home office and they told me my local place could put the refund back on my card. I was told by my local place that it would be two weeks because it had to be approved and then they would mail a check. The home office informed me that I requested a check. I even asked before calling if they could refund it back to my card.

The very, very expensive NON REMOVAL dentures they put in my mouth are VERY, VERY, VERY hard to keep clean, have ruined my sense of taste and left me with a gap between my front teeth. A lot of money not well spent. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR!!
