Changing dentists was extremely hard for me but so far I’m thinking it’s going to be ok. Very nice and knowledgeable dentist & staff. I was driving an hour to an out of network dentist and now I drive just over a mile to an in network. Thank you for being MY new DENTIST!

Every visit @my dentist is worth the drive from Independence, ks to Bartlesville. They have a great staff from head down. Mr. Thomas is awesome, Lady Alyssa and Lady Abby do great work. And they are very knowledgeable and explain everything where you understand it. Brittany works in finance she very knowledgeable about seeing if your insurance is filed correctly. Ladies who run the office are atrocious. Been going here over 5 years and ever since they changed office "management", she's just awful. No one has a good attitude up there anymore. I love dr Vivian. But they've canceled my appointments 3 times now. I think I'm ready to find a new dentist. Sadly. They changed hygienists too, and let me tell you, the last one was a total doll.. this new one is good for about nothing. They've also billed me incorrectly several times. I keep track of EVERYTHING. They just go through whatever the computer says. Even though I have bill stubs and checks that provide the proof that I've paid, a friend and his wife had the same issue and they've cut ties as well. Sorry, not sorry 🙄

All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr very personable and explained procedures till you understand it. Prices a little high for extractions, but they say you get what you pay for. Look forward to getting procedures done.

Great service and friendly people! The dentist was able to diagnose a painful problem and fix it on the spot. I had a cleaning as well, and you could tell that she not only knew her job, but loved doing it! I would recommend this team to anyone.

Been there just once and they have the best staff ever!!! They made the arrangement to find the best spot to schedule me based on my needs. Really, they are the nicest people and Dr Willis did a great job. Definitely will come back as a regular patient.
