Need to tell patient upfront if procedures are not covered by insurance plan. Example:: fluoride varnish for adults is not covered. X-rays outside plan limits are not covered.

GREAT Hospitality all the way around! Very friendly! The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I understood every option that was available to me and then to break down the meaning of each option without rushing me out. I ask a lot of questions so a lot of patience is needed.
I also noticed how well they worked together as a team and seem to care about each other, as a business should, making the atmosphere pleasant to be in overall.
I have not had any work done yet but I wanted recognize a great staff of people.
I'll add another review once I get treatments.

Went in to Dr. Vivian's office to get a tooth checked out that he did a full root canal on 6 months prior. He suggested I go to a specialist in Tulsa instead of having him go back and do anything. I asked him how much will that cost, replying I don't know what they charge. I asked him to go back into my tooth and fix it, he wanted to charge me $2,000. again! Then the dental assistant says, "let me see what today's charges are." I told her there shouldn't be any charges, he just told me I need another root canal treatment and he will have to charge me 2 grand to fix it.
Then she said, if there is any charges, you need to pay them or we'll send them over to collections. I've spent $3K over there and I'm not going back!😡🤬😤🤬
