I have been going to Quest Dental for almost 18 years. Loretta has been a most wonderful hygienist over the years. Everyone of the staff have been warm and friendly. Our experience with the service provided and friendliness of the staff has always been exceptional. We enjoy every visit and the employees are always helpful and informative. However, we have had constant issues with billing.
After receiving a large bill, we began comparing the bills we receive with our insurance statements and requested a full billing history from Quest Dental, which they provided. When they provided the billing history, they informed us that they had applied a credit because they realized that they had billed something to insurance incorrectly, causing it to not get paid. We paid off our balance in full earlier this year.
Since then, we had two visits, which we were told our insurance would cover in full. It turns out that they didn't, which is fine. However, comparing the statements from Quest with our insurance, there is a discrepancy of roughly $50, over 25% of our out of pocket cost. We also discovered that we are paying 100% out of pocket for fluoride treatments, which they added on to visits "Because you might as well since your insurance covers it at 100%." We should have caught this sooner ourselves, but we have paid hundreds of dollars for treatments that we were told would be free to us.
We have loved the service that we receive during our visits, but at this point we are spending more time trying to resolve billing issues than we are getting our teeth cleaned.

I switched from another dental office and Quest Dental is amazing. The hygienist, Kristen, listened and was super gentle. The dentist sat and chatted with me which is rare. I'll be switching my (older) kids here as well. I appreciate everything they did for me today.

The entire staff at Quest Dental is top notch! The place is spotless and they take all precautions to keep me safe. Kristen my hygienist was the best I have ever had. Procedures I have dreaded in the past due to pain, were so easy and pain free with her. I am so glad we found Quest. Dr. Lassen is super nice and very thorough. Look forward to getting things taken care of.

I recently moved to the Eugene area and needed to find a dentist but didn't get around to it until a crown popped off and I needed to get in quickly. I called and after the routine questions they got me in 2 days later. When I arrived EVERY staff member I passed greeted me. The assistant, Rachel told me everything they would do and was very professional. Dr Lassen introduced himself and was very friendly and professional as well. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good dentist. My crown was able to be salvaged and was a pleasant visit. I should also mention that all were following corona virus protocol.

I have been a patient at Quest Dental for the past six years.. I never have to wait beyond my appointed time. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist is thorough and does a great cleaning and examination.The dentists are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain situations in the most understandable terms..
