They opened at 8am I called at 8:30 then again at 8:45 and 9:00 meanwhile in excruciating pain, got my own medicine called again 10, 10:30, 11, 11:30, 12, 12:30 and no answer. You expect your dentist to answer the phone

I had the worst experience at this office. The patient care was a 0/10! I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my 8 am appointment. However, with the bad roads I was about 5 minutes early. I got dropped off and the door was locked! I knocked on the door and no one came to open it until after 8 am. When I told the woman who finally opened it how I had to stand out in the cold all she said was "well the weather slows people down". Really? I saw people walking around and no one opened the door for me. There's no excuse for it. Then I get called in for my appointment and I was told the dentist was running late. I waited for an hour before anyone came back in to check on me and was told I had to reschedule. I'm definitely never going back!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your time and look for a different dental establishment to get care. They never answer your phone call. If you leave a voice message they donβt get back to you.

My hygienist Augusta does a great job everytime I see her! She is gentle but effective and I feel better having been to their office. Recently when I explained what a hard time I was having with one area of my teeth where food keeps getting lodged, she gave me a couple samples of a brush-like pick that's made for just that purpose! I happened to need to use one the next day and it worked so well and quickly! I was so relieved. Thank you for listening and helping me!!

Wont answer the phones ever massive waste of time. Dont bother bite the bullet on real insurance and go to a real denists office. Not sure how they make any money if you can't schedule an appointment or get help.

I wish I could give this butcher shop a lower score! The staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. They took 3 hours to pull one tooth from my husband. He now has a swollen cheek and puss coming from the extraction site. He called to tell them and they were happy to get him an emergency visit at the end of February..yes you read that right..the end of February and it's January now. He was also hung up on when he asked to get in sooner because he was in so much pain. He was told to go to the ER. Also to milk his insurance he was told he could have one tooth worked on each visit and that included fillings..one filling a visit. I wouldn't wish this hell hole on my worst enemy!!! π π

Horrible! When I walked in for my son's apt, the front desk lady was laughing at a patient who was being told off by an assistant. I was there with my son and was told (by the dental assistant-not the same one from when I walked in) "YOU PEOPLE need to wait out there!" when I tried to go into the 'room' with him. The entire time we were back there she kept making snide remarks about my son. When I went to make a complaint at the front desk, they gave me dirty looks and basically told me they didn't care. The only nice person there (whom assisted us) was the actual dentist. Everyone else was rude and very unprofessional. I felt like I was 'putting them out' by being there. I will never go back there again.

Great service, beginning with the initial phone call! Arrived at my appointment to a smile and wonderful greeting from Marcella. Professional staff was friendly, caring and efficient. Office smelled wonderful, great decore'. In and out within an hour!!

Best care I have had in years. The dentis was slow and gentle while numbing. The whole process was literally quick and pain less. I would recommend this clinic for anyone with anxiety, and negative experiences .

This was a new place for me and I honestly felt welcomed from the second I walked in. the doctor was friendly and so were all the ladies who also worked there. I was quickly brought back after finishing my paperwork and if you like a friendly welcoming place I recommend this place on Shasta :)
