EDIT: After some insurance changes (that staff where aware of) they failed to inform Mr they didn't accept/ where not in network with my primary insurance anymore. Thus meaning I would be responsible for a large amount of with that I had done. Then when I asked why I being charged for a cleaning that my insurance covered at 100% she said oh yeah, we aren't in network with your insurance anymore.. so this resulted in me having a bill of over $500 ($110 for the cleaning and the other for an urgent visit for a filling that fell out with xrays). All though staff was friendly, definitely not with the cost of it all.
For someone who suffers from extreme anxiety at the dentist, the staff at Harvard Dental Group have gone above and beyond their necessary roles to ensure that i am always comfortable with everything happening. They are also understanding that i would rather be sedated for any work done. They would rather me be comfortable during the procedure than them attempt it. Staff is amazing, Over all would suggest.

I called for an appointment and was given an appointment the very next day. Kiera was an excellent technician. Very patient and thorough. Highly recommend. Dr Adams was my dental provide back in 2010-2012 before I moved away. When I came back, I could not see him because his office was not in my insurance network until I changed insurance this year 2021

Dr. Adams is very patient with me, explaining options and also patient in my insurance struggles (and high five to Valerie for all her work!). My anxiety, after a bike accident damaged my mouth, was high! Dr. Adams had no hesitation referring some initial work to a periodontist and then has taken great care to make my smile look great. He is an artist! No one could even tell when I had temporary stuff bonded in to await healing.

Because I have had many dental issues in the past, finding a good dentist is always important to me and I found a great one! Dr. Adams and his staff are wonderful! Every person I dealt with is professional and very friendly. It's one of the most comprehensive dental experiences I've been to. I highly recommend them!

I went in for an emergency! I was up all night with excruciating pain, I called all over town and they managed to get me in and remove a tooth that has been bothering me for years! I am so relieved. I know I shouldn't have put it off, but luckily I found Harvard Dental that too care of me! Definitely recommend them!

I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism my hygienist and the office staff exhibits. The hygienist doesn't talk too much asking questions while her fingers are in my mouth. Explains what she is doing and when indicated, why. I was offered a warm blanket, (I always get cold when at the dentist). I highly recommend Harvard Dental for your dental needs.

I was calling dental offices between Medford and Eugene to have a pair of crowns made. I needed them before am insurance deadline that would have left me footing the bill. I had less than two weeks. The unusual part was they were to be seated on two implants set in newly applied bone grafts that four more months before being ready to accept the crowns. Why I didnt call them sooner I'll never know. I called made my plea for them to help and after hearing no so many times. The receptionist said she would consult the Dr.. He agreed to at least take a look see. Quickly making an appointment ( I believe that very day) and with the insurance company's approval scheduled me for an appointment to have impressions made and subsequently my new crowns made under the deadline 4 months before they can be installed. I cant thank the friendly and caring staff and the doctor at Harvard Dental Group enough. They saved my bacon and I am a client for life.
