I called needing some urgent dental care but the person who answered the phone said there were no appointments for six months. When I explained my tooth situation she managed to get me one that was in 3 weeks instead, saving me from having to go out of pocket somewhere else. Good customer service from Susan, so a good review from me.

Staff was extremely friendly. Had a very positive experience.

I was seen for an emergency visit during the Covid-19 scare. When I arrived at the office, I was incredibly nervous but the staff immediately eased my worries. The dentist was gentle & kind. During my procedure while experiencing a bit of discomfort, he calmed me down and was very compassionate towards me. I was very pleased with the care I recieved & I would definitely return to this location, because of the AMAZING staff.

I took my daughter here and she is afraid of dentists. She has had a bad experience in the past. They were amazing with her, explained everything they were going to do before doing it. If you have a fear of dentists rest assured this is a great place to go.

The cleaning was acceptable. I think the dentist and hygienist are knowledgeable. However, the billing was not. I paid, and paid and keep getting more bills almost 6 months after the cleaning. I had scheduled a cleaning for 6 months out. When I did not receive a reminder call, I called them. i got a recording that they were on vacation. (a three week one). I was not impressed with the office staff. I will be switching if I can.

Seriously the worst company I've ever been too. Tried billing me when I'm double covered with insurance. Then gave me someone else's prescriptions instead of mine on accident. Then told me I should of had a root canal in July instead of a filling. When they're the one who did the filling. Then today I've been calling since 12:30 and it's 3:30 and they haven't answered any of my calls. Or returned my messages. I need to reschedule my appointment but they won't get back to me or answer the phone their in the office. And the Dr seemed rude when I was there on Tuesday.

Great Hygienest, she us very patient, and the Dentist too. Downside too long for appointments due to shortage of workers...

Worst office I have ever been to. I have never been in so much pain, sat in there waiting room for 2 hours with no acknowledgement or remorse from staff. I would have been better going to the hospital and actually getting help. I will never ever be back! Switching immediately. The lady in the front has absolutely no empathy at all.

Waited 5 months for an appointment, that morning of my appointment That I took off work for was cancelled, because a new dentist that only works on Fridays but wasnt available to see me cause he was out of town, guess that was only denist they had available 5 months in advance LoL was supposed to set me up with Clinic in Eugene but gonna be another few months before I get seen, disappointed ☹️

Best experience at a dental clinic by far!!
