I had scheduled a new patient appointment for me and my husband. My first time experience was awesome from the time the appointment was scheduled to the completion of our appointment. The atmosphere was very organized and detailed plus the dental staff and dental provider provided exceptional customer service. I can’t wait to see the staff again for my follow-up appointments. Wonderful first time experience here. Really loved the staff. They were very friendly and professional. The doctor was very informative and answered any and all questions or concerns I may of had. I will never use this office again. They have poor communication. Once you get there they hit you with unexpected hidden charges. If this was communicated in time it would have not been a problem. They have people taking time off work and out of school for nothing. Thanks for not helping. Now I need to find another office.

Very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment a week before the snow storm hit. That following week they called the day before the appointment to let me know they would be closed due to severe weather. Understandable. I tried to call a few times after that and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Finally got an appointment for a Friday and gave them my policy number. They called me the day before and said they canceled my appointment because they couldn't find it. I got the correct policy number that same day but it didn't matter because they canceled my appointment instead of letting me get the correct one to them. So I would have had to schedule ANOTHER appointment (probably a week out again). I would have been a first time patient, but because I keep getting appointments canceled or no one answers the phone I'm just going to find somewhere else.

This was my first visit and it was awesome. Everyone is very warm and accepting. Dr. Polk made me feel comfortable and at ease. He takes the time to explain everything to you. He's honest and humorous. I'm happy my co-worker recommended Dove Family Dentistry. As long as I reside in Memphis, they have a patient for life.

I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and experienced. The office is always clean and I have not had to wait any unreasonable times to be serviced. I have found my dentist home.

Dr. Polk and his staff treated me just like family. His assistant was such a beautiful, gentle person with excellent bedside manners. I received outstanding service and learned a wealth of information from Dr. Polk about how radiation treatment affects the health of your teeth and gums. I wish that my doctors would have explained this to me years ago. The office is clean and very comfortable as well. I'm not a fan of dentists, but I look forward to my return visit!

The receptionist was very helpful when I made my appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional. My service was efficient and I learned a lot about how to keep my teeth healthy. They showed me exactly what each procedure would cost after insurance and let me decide if and when I wanted them done. I was very impressed with the dentist and staff and will continue to go back for future appointments.
