Omg I love this dentist office. The staff is wonderful they were always asking if I was ok and checking on me. Just so everyone knows I do not like going to the dentist at all but this was an amazing experience.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Augusty today and it was by far the best experience I've had at a dentist appointment! The entire staff, also including front desk, dental assistants and benefits coordinator were extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. What was different from any other office I've been to is that for each move made, there was an explanation of what was happening and why. I appreciate that the staff took the extra time to educate me on terms, numbers, etc when normally it all sounds like a different language. I felt confident leaving with knew knowledge and details of how to take care of my teeth at home. Each person I spoke with was incredibly genuine and I had no doubt that my dental health was the number one priority. I've made my next appointment and can't wait to visit again!

State of the art dental office with friendly dental team! A new dentist recently transitioned into the office. Her name is Dr. Turner. So for those that had a bad experience before, a new face could be a fresh start for you. All businesses are experiencing short staffing causing delays in wait times. Please be patient when visiting the office. I hear that due to COVID-19, healthcare offices are diligently disinfecting for the safety of their patients. So a little extra time added to an appointment in exchange for a clean environment is a win win, IMO.

They extracted a tooth of mine and left me in pain. I had a dry socket and had to go to another dentist to get it packed and fixed because they wouldn't do it. Avoid this place

Very easy in-and-out appointment. The hygienist cleaning my teeth was very thorough, and Dr. Pierre was very easy to talk to, and made explaining my next steps very simple. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Somehow my teeth are ALWAYS worse or hurt more, by the time my appointment is over. The dentist is so rough, just not a pleasant experience at all. The front office people are great besides a couple miscommunications, and the dental assistants are very friendly. But the actual dentist, is terrible. Seems like he’d rather rush through and he’s not worried about your teeth at all. I’ve had 2 root canals and a couple fillings, and both of my root canals are infected and hurting. And one of my fillings is VERY sensitive can’t even eat on that side of my mouth. Do not recommend. I’ve paid roughly $3,500 for all of my work. Now I have to spend more money, to fix what he messed up. Do not recommend this dental office at all.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff! My daughter had a broken tooth and they quickly helped!
